My wife and I have both had our teeth cleaned here (each by a different doctor) and felt that the work was extremely thorough and professional. Actually, both of us remarked that it was the least painful cleaning we have experienced and that even the sound of the high speed tool used was not nearly as annoying as is our usual experience. (We’ve has our teeth cleaned for years in Atlanta, Georgia, with occasional cleanings in Seoul, KOREA, as well. This was the best. Then, today, my wife went in to have her gold inlay reattached. We were quoted $35-$40 dollars at Serendepity here in Hanoi (had thought we might try because it’s nearby). Their schedule wasn’t good for us so we went back to Australian. Glad we did. The manager, Mr. Nguyen Nam, speaks excellent English (he floats between two locations so check if you feel you might need his services) and the doctor spoke basic “dentist speak” reasonably well. Receptionist also speaks enough English to be quite helpful. The service was quick and efficient and the price was only $13.00 US, (300,000 vnd), including consultation for this service and concerning other dental problems, as well. Absolutely delighted. Please note that there are two Google listings for this clinic, both at the same address.

I highly recommend this clinic for dental treatment. I came in about a month ago for an infection from a crown that had fallen off. I was given a temporary crown in order to treat the infection first which was to be followed up by a permanent replacement. Things did not go well. Through no fault of the dentist I found out I was allergic to the material that was used for my temporary crown. I left a message on their facebook page at almost midnight in pain and actually had someone respond to me with in minutes setting up an appointment first thing in the morning to redo the temporary crown. The staff here is highly professional, very responsive, and informs their clients of the step by step process of what's being done. X-rays were given to show the before/after with an explanation of what work was done. This was My temporary crown was replaced immediately followed by the permanent crown 2 weeks later. It's been over a month and I have had no issues. They are also very good at following up more than once to ensure everything is okay. I would highly recommend them and I appreciate everything they've done.

Australian Dental Clinic is amazing! I walked in off the street with no appointment and was sitting in a dental chair within 5 minutes. The dentist asked me what I was there for and I needed a crown on my front tooth and my wisdom teeth (upper) removed. I was immediately sent upstairs for X-rays. By the time I got back to the second floor my X-rays were up on the screen and the Dentist confirmed I needed them removed! I am a huge baby with dental procedures, so when he offered to do it immediately I asked to book an appointment for the following day. The dentist spoke very good English and was extremely gentle and accommodating. He had my teeth out in minutes and my front crown moulded very quickly and painlessly. My overall experience was superb. My porcelain crown looks incredible and you cannot tell which tooth was fixed when looking at my smile. This place is amazing, and all staff are very friendly and professional. I will be back again for a cleaning and any additional work I need done. Thanks ADC! You are the best

If your goal is to go to an English speaking clinic with low prices, then this place fits the bill just fine. But I was quite dissatisfied with the quality of work that I received here. I requested an exam, cleaning, and repair of a chipped tooth. They accomplished all three but... from the time that I walked in the door, filled out the paperwork, was taken upstairs, had the work done, went downstairs, paid and walked out the door, a total of 12 minutes had elapsed. You just can't do all of this in 12 minutes and do it well - and they did not do it well. The total charge came to about $9, which was $9 too much for what I got. I ended up making an appointment with my regular dentist in Hanoi (different clinic, also with English speaking staff) and had a real cleaning that took around 40 minutes, a real check up that included x-rays, and a re-exam on that chipped tooth - and it was still less than $20. To me, it's worth paying an extra ten bucks to get a job well done.

My wife and I both went here for cleanings and I stayed longer for the Zoom teeth whitening system. We arrived 5 minutes befor our appointment and we filled out a small form before we were whisked into two separate very clean dental offices very similar to ones we have in Canada. In 15 minutes were done with the cleaning. They did everything they would do at home except for hand scraping, flossing, and fluoride. Which to be honest is just a way to bill our insurance companies more at home. I’m glad it was fast and efficient. The doctor and translator confirmed everything their e-mail specified including cost. I asked if was the Zoom system that I wanted and he showed me the sealed box that he would be using. Perfect. The process was over in about an hour. There was a little discomfort wearing the tray but that’s dentistry for you! My teeth are a lot brighter! I’m so glad I decided to have this done! Thank you for making the whole process easy!! I highly recommend!!

I wouldn't recommend to get tooth braces here. They didn't tell me that our dentist who specialised in braces works only 3 hour Saturday and 2 hour Wednesday afternoon (if you work it is useless). Every month when we visit there are 10-15 people and even though we have always make appointment beforehand we wait 30-45 m sometimes an hour. Due to the workload doctor literally doesn't speak to you, no explanation just 5-7 minutes changes rubbers and run. After we paid full payment we had even worse experience with waiting and queues. Several times, random new potential customers didn't wait for their turns while we were waiting 30-40 minutes. When I complained they just say sorry but the next month the same story. Basically if you have already paid then they are not interested in your issues as they used to do. I have had very good experience with tooth extraction and crown but my time (2,2 years) with braces destroyed all of their reputation

Usually, dental visits fill me with anxiety and unexplained fear. I would rather do anything but sit in that chair!! However, I have been going to ADC for over 3 years and the service and care is always of the highest standard. The team always treat my abject terror in the chair with total professionalism. On my last visit to Hanoi, I needed 2 wisdom teeth to be removed and as always, I was treated with utmost care. The procedure was delayed a few days due to swelling and I was prescribed antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication. When my appointment rolled around, Dr Cong was absolutely fantastic; very calm and reassuring. He worked quickly and I didn’t feel any pain. Delaying the procedure by a few days was a good call, my gums healed perfectly and I didn’t have any swelling or pain! Thanks again to Dr Cong and the team for getting me through one of the scariest experiences of my life with kindness and humor :)

Can’t recommend this place enough. I went in to discuss teeth whitening knowing my teeth probably weren’t suitable, which they weren’t. They talked me through options and on the spot I decided to get crowns. I was quite nervous, not entirely confident of what I’d signed up to. However the team was so professional and friendly, they operate like a well oiled machine. I was already super happy with my temporary teeth but today I got my crowns and am even happier. It’s transformed my smile while still staying true to my original teeth. It looks very natural (I really wanted to avoid the Hollywood smile). It was money really well spent. I’d been thinking about getting my teeth fixed for years in Australia but it was just too expensive. There is no need to feel nervous about coming overseas for dental work if you come to this clinic. I would definitely come back. I paid about 20% of what it would cost back home.

I went in for a clean and checkup initially which cost around 18 AUD I enquired about my wisdom teeth which my dentist had recommended to get removed years ago and decided to go ahead with the procedure at Aus dental clinic. I was definitely sceptical at first but everything went rather well and it has now completely healed. The dentist spoke good English and was very professional. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because on my follow up appointment (1 week after the procedure) the dentist prescribed me penicillin despite me telling them about my allergy during the initial consult. I understand mistakes happen but I thought I should include it in the review. If you have any known allergies make sure you double check with google before taking any meds! I can happily recommend this clinic for anyone looking to get wisdom teeth removed. Much more affordable than Australia.

I had originally come here for a root canal, but an extended COVID-19 stay meant that I could have the sort of dental work done over a period of time that is beyond the means of a lot of Australians at home. This practice is superb. They are totally professional and adept; however, just as importantly, they are also intent on providing only the treatment that is needed. There is no “overselling”. The follow up care is excellent and the friendliness extends from the front desk to the dental chair. I had implants, crowns and wisdom teeth extractions done here (long overdue treatment) and I can attest that this affordable clinic far exceeds any I have been to in Australia, the UK or the USA. Dr Hoan was the attending physician and always provided excellent care and expertise. As much as it can, this dental practice ensures you leave with a happy and healthier smile!

Escaping the outrageous dental costs of Australia, here in Hanoi I found Australian Dental Clinic (as if it were in my own backyard). In the past week I had an extraction of my lower wisdom tooth, I knew the procedure would be that cheaper of home and in all honest wasn't expecting the same service.. but here, at this practice I can hands down say that I had the best dental experience of my life. From excellent communication before arriving, smiles from all staff when in the practice and the efficiency and care upheld by the team when working on my teeth. I can honestly say there wasn't a single off experience when spending my time in the Australian Dental Clinic. I have had 6 crowns done. I did so much research on who to go to in hanoi, in the end I narrowed it down to these guys and serenity. I went with these guys because they seemed to be more experienced and they were a little cheaper. The place is clean and sterile and I was surprised at the lack of pain. English was very good. I always felt comfortable that we were on the same page. Also no over sell was going on. I could of give gone 8 crowns up top, they suggested we start with 6 and see how they look. I will be back in 6 months to do the bottom crowns. If your not sure, just book a consultation in and go from there. I'm from new Zealand and the price is allot more. I've saved my self $$$ and had a holiday. If your going to do the trip, just download grab its a taxi app...makes it very easy to get around.

Last year I visited Australian Dental Clinic after I had lost a filling during my holiday in Vietnam. This was fixed painlessly and efficiently. When that was done I enquired about the cost of some implants to replace my top plate with 2 front and 2 molar teeth. To my surprise 4 implants and bone graft worked out to be cheaper than 1 in Australia so I went ahead with the first stage of the procedure. I am back in Vietnam and had the implant procedure completed when I arrived after 3 months here all is good cannot be happier. In fact I am so pleased with the results I had 2 more implants done in my lower jaw yesterday. Cannot wait till I return next year and finally have a full set of teeth for the first time in about 40 years. I am so pleased with the care and job done by Australian Dental Clinic.

I highly recommend Aust. Dental Clinic. I visited in February 2019. Everything was excellent from start to finish. My emails with questions were promptly answered by Nam. I made an appointment by email. We were picked up by Nam from our hotel on the first day. The clinic is very professional, clean, very up to date, and I had 5 crowns done within 3 days. My Dentist Dr. Hoa was excellent, very careing, although with little English I felt very reassured at all times as Nam was always available to translate as he speaks very good English. I am very happy with the work I had done. The cost was very cheap compared to Aust. I was quoted $2250ea crown in Aust. I paid $360ea at the clinic. You wont be disappointed. Warning: Make sure to go to the right one: 36 Ham Long Street for English speaking staff. Great service and price you can't get anywhere else. For prices so cheap its shocking to westerners (around 10% of what you would pay overseas), they will schedule you in asap and perform the procedures on the day. No separate check up appointments needed and x-ray costs are factored into price. They are immensely communicative through whatsapp and will check up on how you're doing a few days after procedure as well as schedule you in according to your travel plans. They have staff that speak english and such lovely dentists and assistants. The best service I've ever received and gave me an amazing impression of vietnam right off the bat.

After researching very thoroughly for teeth implants here in Thailand and oversees, I decided on above clinic to have all in 4 implant for my lower jaw if X ray says ok. Flew to Hanoi and on appointment day, I was picked up from my hotel to the clinic. After all said and done in 6 days, I have beautiful teeth. 2days later back in Pattaya, my friends comments were: looks baeutiful, perfect. Again, I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough for its professional service and very friendly demeanour. I had a fantastic experience at the Australian Dental Clinic today. I came in to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Long is a professional, gentle, and kind dentist. Dr. Long examined my x-ray and informed me that my tooth was slightly angled. Dr. Nam thoroughly explained everything in English, and they made sure I felt safe. Dr. Long extracted the tooth painlessly after anaesthesia in about 10 minutes. As soon as the procedure was completed, Dr. Nam messaged the 'after care' via Whatsapp. My receipt was also emailed to me within hours. The cost is reasonable (1 million dong), the clinic is spotless, and everyone is courteous. I would definitely return for my future dental needs. Heartfelt thank you, Dr. Long and Dr. Nam.

New filling and crown: I had gotten my teeth cleaned here for years but I moved to a new neighborhood, so when I had tooth pain in an old filling I went to a place that was closer by. Big mistake! The new dentist did the root canal well enough but in two tries he couldn't get the crown to fit! Finally I went back to Australian Dental Clinic and I'm never going anywhere else in Hanoi again. In two very short visits they filled one tooth and fit me with a crown that was comfortable instantly. I've had it for 24 hours now, and I can't believe the nonsense I went through with that other dentist. And Australian Dental Clinic was cheaper, too! Can't recommend this place highly enough.

I've been living in Hanoi for 4 years and this clinic has done all my dental work in that time. I used to be a person who hated going to the dentist but ADC have won me over with their friendly, helpful and efficient service. I'd bitten on a seed and thought I'd damaged my tooth due to experiencing nerve pain. I message Australian Dental Clinic for an appointment to have it checked. Within minutes, I received a message offering me an appointment of my convenience. As I was uncertain of destination, I arrived 40mins early. But, was seen straight away and greeted with warm and friendly staff. They were professional, performed a consultation and X Ray to investigate. Luckily there was no damage to my tooth and staff insisted this consultation was free of charge. The next day I received a message from staff asking how my tooth felt today! I chipped my front tooth while I was in Hanoi. I did a bunch of research and came across this clinic. I was intimidated at the thought of getting dental work in Vietnam. I was in and out by midday the next day. I got a couple of fillings while I was there. The whole process was completely painless. They spoke English and were very clear and concise about pricing and what was going to happen. The cost was so low that I had to check a few times to make sure we were understanding each other / make sure I wasn't missing some kind of hidden cost (I wasn't). Would absolutely recommend. I will be flying here from Australia when I need to get more work done.

Had my teeth cleaned, 200k. Downstairs waiting area, then upstairs to a room with 3 dentist chairs, 3 people getting different stuff done. One man spoke English, the director, he spoke to the others, the people doing my teeth didn't speak English, they just said "open your mouth" and "close your mouth" every now and then. I'm just telling you this, so that you know what to expect. They did a fantastic job for a great price, and I'm very happy with the results. Stains gone, teeth almost white again! // My last review was in 2019. I came back today, July 2023. Still 200k for a clean. Fantastic job yet again! I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic Clinic, very clean, surgical & professional. I thought I needed an extraction but on their advice it was only antibiotics to take away infection. Even if I did need an extraction it was only going to cost approx 20USD compared to 280NZD that I have paid in the past. Nam is the translator & assistant he was beyond fantastic, walked us to the pharmacy to get my script & then hailed a taxi & told us how much it should cost to get back to our hotel not to mention a great sense of humour! Fully recommend Australian Dental Clinic & I will be coming back to get my teeth fully done as I know I'm NZ it is going to be VERY expensive.

I had my wisdom tooth extraction yesterday and I booked for 2pm with Dr. Cong. I waited for quite long but the staff were accommodating. The translator was also very welcoming and friendly. I was really nervous and worried with the procedure and everything, but Dr. Cong was gentle and really helpful. They kept reassuring me that I don’t need to worry about anything. He injected anesthesia several times. Next thing I know, my tooth is out. It was quick and I didn’t feel anything. Dr. Cong was also very helpful in answering my questions. It’s my second time there and I would definitely be back and let them fix my teeth next time.

I stopped by with tooth pain, believing I only needed a tooth filling. Once they went to fix it, they saw I needed one filling and possibly two others. They did not pressure me and suggested trying to fill the one tooth and come back if the others continued to hurt. So I got one tooth filled. Loved it. Got my teeth cleaned. Loved it. And the came back and got the other two teeth filled because they were right there was a little pain I hadn’t even noticed until they mentioned it. Top notch service, skills, and equipment, all at a super reasonable price point. Would recommend for anyone traveling through Hanoi. Thanks team!

I arrived in Hanoi with toothache that had developed while on holiday. I went straight from my hotel to the Australian Dental Clinic and was seen straight away. I had first rate treatment, diagnosing root canal issues. My dentist did temporary first stage treatment to deal with the infection so that i could go on and enjoy my short trip pain free and continue the work back home later in the week. Excellent service, friendly, good English W were even landed umbrellas and walked to a nearby cafe afterwards to shelter from a rain shower. I would recommend this dentist to any visitor to Hanoi !

Professional, Painless, and affordable. I’ve been to numerous dentists in both New Zealand and Japan, and I must say this is one of the best clinic I visited. For start, they have 4 people serving you, a Doctor, 2 assistants, and an translator. The facility is well equipped. I never seen that many equipment in any other practice. I ended up just cleaning as I didn’t have much time but hygienists and both New Zealand and Japan were a bit more painful. Price for cleaning was 300k which is equivalent of $19 nzd. $14usd. If I need to get a serious work done, I’m considering flying back here.

Hello On my travels through North of Vietnam I had big trouble with my already decayed tooth. The pain was so big that I couldn’t bear it anymore and continue with my trip. I found this clinic online, text them and they responded straight away. First day back in Hanoi I was sitting in the chair already. Unfortunately, they couldn’t extract my tooth because of swelling and abscess, but after one week of ATB treatment I got my tooth extracted without pain or waiting for fair price 2000000. I've had broken molars removed, top, bottom braces, around 20 porcelain crowns and will also go back for some implants and 1 root canal. Very attentive, gentle and professional. They do not rush and the level of work vs the price is outstanding. Highly recommended. Photo of temp crowns while Porcelains are crafted. Super happy so far. Porcelains were 4tr each (cheaper options available) Braces cost around 25tr for top AND bottom. (Only took 3-4 months for me) Cleaning and adjustments were included. A few years ago now I had a full porcelain crown procedure done at the Australian Dental Clinic (ADC). I had not pre arranged this prior to coming to Hanoi. Despite this I was able to be seen straight away and have the crown made up quickly in the few days I was in Hanoi. I have not had any problems with the crown. The dentist I have seen for other work in Australia was impressed with it. He also told me he would have charged about $2000 for it. I paid about $350 AUD at ADC. Based on my experience, I am happy to recommend ADC and return myself for more work.

One of the best and most reliable dental clinics in Ha Noi. My seven-year-old little one was paranoiac when it comes to taking any types of minor dental checkups or treatment, but the dentists there were super patient, agile, kind and warm-hearted and she could receive the treatment needed at there. Highly recommend the place. The dentists have lots of experiences and they are so good at dealing with children. I was more than moved by their genuine acts. If you have a child who's crying like a river just by hearing about the dentist, this is the place to go.

The total experience was positive and I am so pleased with the result. I went in for the quote to see what they could offer. I needed a total of $9000 that was the USA quote and the price I was given was just over $1000 at the Australian Dental Clinic. I was impressed by the professional and caring attitude of the whole staff. The procedure consisted of two visits. I wish this was my regular dentist in the USA. I am so happy with the work that was carried out. I would happily return to them and probably will. Flight time 13 hours I will start saving now!

It always feel like a bit of a challenge to find a good dentist when you're a foreigner in a country and don't even speak the language. They are clean, very professional and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. The price structure, compared to Australia, is outstanding. Upon my recommendation, I have had several of my friends ( from Australia) visit this clinic and they have been more than satisfied, as I am.

I booked from Australia and organised my trip to fix my (many) dental problems. The clinic exceeded my expectations, very much state of the art and as good if not better than most Australian clinics. The staff have been very helpful, friendly and extremely professional. There was only a very short wait - always the worst time at the dentists! Dr Cong himself has looked after me and been very confidence inspiring for a nervous patient like me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice and the amazingly low prices are a bonus!

Australian Dental Clinic kindly accommodated my last minute booking today. I was interested in Zoom teeth whitening but wasn't sure if it was for me, as I had preexisting teeth sensitivity. There were an English speaking dentist and a Japanese speaking assistant (I speak both) who kindly took time to answer all my questions and they gave me a total quote prior to the commencement of the procedure. I certainly felt I was well taken care of and went home with a big smile! I do not hesitate to recommend Australian Dental Clinic!

Today I was in that great place. I have terrible teeth from childhood (I think it is genetically) and every year I must visit a dentist. Came here to get my teeth cleaned and cavities filled in late March. They did not clean my teeth and had me in and out for cavity filling in less than 15 minutes. While I was a bit overwhelmed, I was initially fine with the work until I realized that 2 of the 3 fillings are still sensitive and painful when chewing 2 months later. This suggests that either they were filled poorly or were much deeper than the doctor thought, since they weren’t painful before I had them filled. I’m pretty frustrated with this service.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Australian Dental Clinic! They provided me with a consultation and dental scan free of charge. The doctors spoke great English and made me feel calm and comfortable during my consultation and procedure. They followed up with me the next morning to ensure I was fine and they emailed me my receipts within hours of me asking for them. The procedure was so inexpensive, the doctors and staff were so calming and made me feel so safe. I couldn’t recommend this clinic more!

I had a very positive experience at the Australian Dental Clinic today. The receptionist is very warm and welcoming. The process for registration was quick and easy and I didn't have to wait to be seen. The dentist was very kind and gentle, explaining everything. The nurse was good too. I had a check-up and clean and got advice about toothpaste and mouthwash. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone visiting Hanoi. The price is very cheap, it's clean and well organised and everyone is very professional.

The follow up the next day was pleasant and I couldn't ask for a better service from a dental clinic. The price was about 1/5th of what I would of paid back home in NZ. Definitely be back here if I'm ever in Hanoi again.

Very happy with service that I received at this dentist. Hadn't had a visit to the dentist in long time so I was pretty worried about needing a lot of work done, turns out I only needed a few fillings and a crown (all completed with no pain). Ended up getting the zoom laser whitening treatment too. The staff and facilities were very professional and the price was next to nothing compared to Australia. Happy to say that I no longer fear the dentist or try to hide my teeth when smiling. Thanks

I have been living in Hanoi for 2 years and I am quite doubtful to try other Dental Clinics but a clinic with someone that I know of. After having an appointment with ADC, I am now certain that I can also trust them in handling my dental-care needs. They are very professional, well-organized and with facilities of high standard. Most importantly, they are all for patients' well being and not to burn a hole in one`s pocket. I highly recommend ADC and I will definitely go back there.

I required emergency dental treatment when in Hanoi and could not praise the Australian Dental Clinic enough. All of the staff go out of their way to help you and the treatment I received was second to none. They recognised I was on a tight schedule due to travelling around Asia and all of my treatment was done so quickly but to the highest of standards. The prices are very affordable and I wouldn’t recommended anywhere else for Westerners in need of dental care whilst in Vietnam.

I highly recommend Australian Dental! Had great emergency treatment after an unfortunate motorbike accident, 2 root canals and temporaries which looked very natural, followed by full porcelain crowns which I'm extremely happy with. Dr Cong did a fantastic job and the treatment was very reasonably priced. Lots of friends have gone to Australian for various dental treatments and have come away happy with the results. I'll certainly be back there for any further dental work!

These guys are great I have been to a lot of dentist in Canada , Mexico the States and the Philippines. They are super clean, know there work very well and 1/10 of the cost in Canada even with my insurance. Awesome work I had two crowns replaced a clean a big cavity and a laser whiting for under 1000 Canadian that would have been 12– 15000 thousand here in Canada . It paid for a my Vacation hands down. Great team, super friendly. I live in Australia and travelled to Hanoi to get an implant. I had a sinus lift, bone graft and implant post put in in 2019. Then covid happened and prevented me from going back to finish the procedure (having the crown attached) . After a long wait I decided to have the work finished in Australia and the Hanoi clinic were incredibly helpful in supplying info regarding the implant and refunding me for the unfinished work. Thanks guys!

Perfect experience. I broke my tooth and contacted the clinic via messenger as I cannot call with my SIM card. I had just 3 available hours for the dental care and they found a free slot for me at the same day. The clinic itself is nice and clean with very nice staff speaking English. For 300k I got done my broken tooth with X-Ray and anesthesy included. It is possible to pay there by card. I would recommend this clinic to everyone! Thank you for the great care.

I was Super impressed with both the clinic and the way it was managed, they were able to fit me in to get a lot of work done around my travel plans and on short notice for a couple of visits.. booking appointments made simple via WhatsApp as I was travelling in South America when I made my first appointment.. They ran on time every visit and the dentists work is unreal. Worth the trip from Australia, I’ll be coming back next time I need work done!! 10/10

My husband got a dental implant started here. We only had 2 days in Hanoi and it was arranged on the spot and done the next day. Due to Covid we were not able to return to Vietnam, but the clinic helped ensure our dentist could finish the crown here in Canada. Our Canadian dentist said this was some of the best implant work and highest quality parts he had ever seen. He was really impressed and so were we. We would absolutely recommend this company.

I lost parts of my front teeth during my holiday in Vietnam and went to fix it in Australian Dental Clinic. The dentist was amazing and I didn't feel scared at all. They did a root canal therapy and fillings for my teeth. It didn't hurt and the teeth looked really good after the operation. They talked the whole time to me and told what was going on. This was the best dentist experience I have ever had. Thank you for making my teeth beautiful again.

Today was my first-time experience with Australian Dental Clinic. I was surprised by the high-quality service, which is approximately similar to the US. I got two implants done within 45 minutes today. The service was safe and fast. I felt that they cared for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The environment was safe and quiet. The cost is affordable, about 1/10 the cost of service in the US. I am a Vietnamese American, and I will come back.

Had to visit a dentist in Hanoi because of toothaches at the start of a 5 month trip. Was initially very sceptic to use a dentist outside of our home country but we were pleasantly surprised! We got a free consultation that was very thorough with X-rays. The equipment was of even better standard than back home and the consultation was very professional. English skills were quite good, so there was no problem communicating.

Nhổ răng xong thay răng giả giờ còn thái độ bắt chờ đợi hết lần này lần khác. Nhờ để lại răng giả để bác sĩ sửa lại cũng khó khăn. Lễ tân cố làm khó khách hàng! Tốn tiền triệu chữa tuỷ làm răng bọc sứ ceramics xong phải nhổ ra. Nên dẹp cái nha khoa này đi! Khuyên mọi người đừng bao giờ đến đây

This dental practice is A+ the dentist was amazing!- Fantastic professional quality work and great value for money. There are no comparable dental clinics in either Australia or NZ. The dentist is very skilled and honest. The treatment plan was explained in full and the outcome is better than I had hoped for. My teeth look amazing and I am so pleased that I chose to come here. Excellent and quick communication in perfect English, a clean, spacious dental studio and very gentle, professional dentists. I had 2x composite bonding and a clean and my partner has 3 cavities filled and a clean and the price was amazing, they made sure we were comfortable the whole time and kept checking with me with a mirror to make sure I was happy with the shape. I would definitely recommend coming here!!

I had severe pain in my cheek. They helped me immediately and were very kind. They use high tech machines and everything is steril/clean. The prices are really low compared to the Netherlands. They also did not charge me the x-ray. If you are looking for a dentist and don't know where to go, like me. I would recommend going to this place. Thank you so much for the great service!

In January of this year on of my teeth lost a filling. ADC was a life saver. Very clean and professional company! Even better then my dentist in the Netherlands! If I am ever back in Hanoi I will definitely visit them for a check up. Also they spoke very good English and were super cheap compared to dental carein the Western World. I highly recommend this place to foreigners!

I wish I could give a better review but that would be dishonest. I’ve gone here multiple times. Some visits are great (on time, clear procedures, helpful). Other times, there’s miscommunication, lack of responsibility, poor service. If you just want a dental cleaning, it’s clean and decent, but don't go for anything else. It’s not a western dental clinic. Don’t be deceived.

I had a filling coming out of my tooth and contacted them yesterday night, 9pm via whatsapp, they called me in 9am today. The clinic is clean and professional as the dentist who did the new filling for me. I was a bit afraid to go to the dentist here in Vietnam, but I shouldn't have. I visited there today after visiting some other dentists. The work i needed was a small one but still needed to be done. My wife was also on a more serious problem. The doctor was careful and did a slow and very good work. My wife had 3 people to find where the problems are after going from doctor to doctor for months. I found my place for the future. Recently had to undergo root canal at the Australian Dental Clinic whilst travelling Vietnam. Cannot recommend them higher! The service, professional approach and overall experience was flawless. I just moved to Hanoi and needed a teeth cleaning and whitening. The dental clinic was very professional, helpful, and courteous. I was in contact via SMS with the receptionist and he told me the best time to come. During the visit, the dentist was very thorough and my teeth were cleaned well and are super white! I'd recommend them for sure!

The service was exceptionally quick and efficient after I knocked out two teeth with them operating on me within 12 hours. Furthermore the work they did was excellent I even showed it to my dentist back in England who said it was very good work. I can not recommend this place enough. I am so happy with the crowns I got. The staff are amazing, and take some much care making sure your 100% happy with your teeth. The place itself is immaculate. Excellent dental work. Had the Zoom II Laser teeth whitening done in June. Back here for regular teeth cleaning. Compared to Singapore, the dental treatment here very much better. The treatment cost for any procedure is about 30-40% of that in Singapore. I’ve only experienced similar standards in Austria.

I had root canal treatment here with Dr Nhung and she was amazing. I am terrified of any needles and she was so patient with me as we went through the treatment. Our whole family go here and we can’t recommend this clinic enough. The prices are fantastic and clearly stated before the treatment. Thank you

I'm always skeptical of dentists, but after going to a few for quotes, I found Australian Dental to be very professional. They made an implant procedure seem so simple I barely felt a thing. I couldn't be happier with my new tooth! Hope I have time to go back and get a secomd implant in. 5 stars plus!

I was walking past so I decided to drop in for a standard cleaning. The dentist and nurse were really professional and considerate. Softly spoken with good English. She explained the treatment and price before starting and communicated really well throughout the process.

Had read great reviews of this place so decided to get our teeth checked while in Vietnam for work. Not disappointed. NZD $37 for 2 checkups, 2 cleans, 2 xrays and 1 large filling. Stoked! Clean, professional, friendly service. Why are NZ dentists so overpriced??

I had the Lazer II whitening that costs 170 $, there was barely any result, I have the before and after pictures and when I asked if there is any solutions, they were extremely rude.. I still have the screenshots.. I won't recommend the clinic at all.

Had filling done. Very professional while the front office is standard of Vietnam there treatment rooms are fantastic. Very clean up to date and just as good as Australia. Very good English. I am not a fan of dentists but will go here again.

They repaired my implant prosthetics. The service here is very delicate and has tremendous technology. They did difficult prosthetic repairs accurately and quickly. It's a great dentist.

詰め物が取れて、入れ直してもらいました。ベトナムでの歯科治療は初めてでしたが、問題なし。歯科医さんと助手さん以外に人の出入りもあり、ちょっとうるさかったので、マイナス1。 でも、英語での説明もしっかりしてて、治療費の説明もあらかじめしてくれるので、もし歯が痛むことがあったら、またここに来ると思います。
