i paid for the basic interior cleaning. ok so they changed the time the day of when i have a busy day. the guy gets here, young kid, looking like he was smoking weed right before coming to my home. i have a lot of kids on my street, including my own, so i have a problem with this. second, he hasnt even started the job yet before he tries to upsell me. i work sales so i have an issue with how he tried doing it. he told me it will be another $80. not hey i would recommend a higher package due to the condition of ur vehicle. i told this kid twice, when he got here and again when he was trying to upsell me, we took a road trip with my dog and the priority is cleaning out the dog hair. guess what, my van is still covered in dog hair. not one time did he enter my vehicle to properly clean it, try arguing it he was on camera the entire time. didnt touch the back seats and thats where my dog was. dash was only partially wiped down since he didnt actually get in. i will never use this company again and i would recommend no one else does either. i seriously just wasted money paying this guy. i would have been better off paying my step son to do it since he has experience and does a better job. oh ya, what trash that was left inside the vehicle was pulled out and left on the ground. P.S. Shortly after posting this review i received a phone call and a series of text messages from two different numbers, one being from the guy that came to my house. they came pretty rapidly with in the first hour and getting the final text just before 10pm. That last one set me off. these came from a guy calling himself Matt. He accused me of only complaining because im cheap and they basically wont rectify the problem. ok thats fine i never asked for a refund. I explained again that the guy out here was told the priority was taking care of the dog hair and as you can see from the photos there is still dog hair all over the van. didnt clean the vents, the cup holders, dash has swipe marks from a half effort attempt and called me a liar. photos dont lie Matt. He continued making insults, calling me a slob and stating me being cheap is why a pizza delivery guy flirted with with my wife,( from a previous review). Yall gonna respond here now after all this got said as if you give a damn. do you really think any of your employees will be allowed back at my home near my family. no chance. Matter of fact any of yall show up to my home you will be arrested for trespassing. Yall can check all my past reviews. I give the good, the bad and the ugly. I tell it how it is. If you dont like the review, then fix yourself. I have no problem leaving a bad review so the GOOD companies can thrive and separate from the bad companies like Auto detail Now.

Very dissatisfied with the service received today. Have never had to go online to post a negative review but this has really rubbed me the wrong way. For starters I cleaned and vacuumed my car the day before. So I was expecting the service performed to be very detail oriented. When I came back to inspect my car I was disappointed by the quality of work. I texted Matt and he told me he had been training a new employee and confirmed that the service received was lacking and offered to re detail my car. I politely requested a refund and was told that they would not be able to accommodate. I paid $150 for the service (more than is advertised on their website) and also tipped $40. My mistake to pay cash before seeing the quality of work and assuming I would be taken care of. I am attaching photos of the car after detailing. Please feel free to judge for yourself if I am being unreasonable. I feel very disappointed with the money spent and I just hope you can use this review to judge for yourself and maybe pick a place with slightly better customer service. Oh and the real tipping point for writing this review was his response to me bringing up the missing change from my cupholders. (Apparently he vacuumed up $3-4 in change without noticing) FINAL UPDATE: Apparently offering to remove my review in exchange for a refund is a threat. Matt came out yesterday to ceramic coat two Tesla model 3’s for me and my sister. Matt’s communication before our appointment was great. He answered all of our questions over the phone. During out appointment, his attention to detail in our paint was very impressive. He pointed out a few spots on the car that we should get adjusted by Tesla even before we talked about the ceramic coat. He then educated us on the different ceramic coats, benefits and costs of each one and then gave us a few hours to decide on which one to choose while he washed both of our cars. We both decided on the lifetime warranty ceramic coat and Matt gave us a good/fair price!!! Overall he did not rush the process, he educated us on proper maintenance and products to use, and we felt as if he truly cares about what he does. Our Cars looked amazing after the coating!!! I don’t trust many people to work on my cars, but after yesterday, I added one more name to my list and that is Matt of Auto Detail Now!!!

I parked my car at the mall and returned to a small dent and paint removed. Someone apparently did a hit and run. After getting quotes from a few different dealerships and local body shops I was lucky enough to be referred to Matt from a friend who had received ceramic coating and paint correction services. His car looked like new again at a fraction of the cost other places quoted. I gave Matt a ring and he was prompt, easy to work with and super professional and knowledgeable. He came out to my home within the week and completely removed all traces of the accident with dent removal and paint correction. I would definitely recommend his services. He is a small business owner who takes the time and care to get the job done at better prices and quality then high end dealerships and body shops. I found this company on a Facebook forum with tons of glowing recommendations and photos to back up their work. So I called and was not really sure what package to book but Matt took his time and explained the differences between each product and service in an honest and non-pushy way. He came across as well versed on his products and with some research I found that his prices were well below others in his market. After everything was said and done, I can see why people were raving about Matt. He is a beast! He got right down to business and taught me a lot about car maintenance in the process. After getting an outrageous quote on some paint correction work from my dealership, I decided to call around to some smaller businesses to get comparable quotes. This company had the best prices and also sounded like they knew what they were talking about. I booked an appointment within a week and the work was completed in just one day at my home so there was no hassle in going without a vehicle while I waited for the dealership to complete the overpriced work that has been my experience in the past. Was referred to Auto Detail Now on our Tesla FB group and I am so happy I went through them! Matt (owner), clearly loves what he does and it shows in his work. He was honest and very knowledgable about the products and different options. We had ceramic coating done on our Tesla 3 and it came out so beautiful. Can definitely tell the difference between a coated and non coated car. Since our car was brand new he didn't have to "prep" the car as much so he offered to do our seats for free, how amazing is that!? Would recommend Matt from now on for all auto detailing needs!

Matt came out today to do an executive detail on my car and he did an amazing job from start to finish. My car looks amazing and clean, the seats, look like new. He was very helpful walking me through the best package to suit the needs of my vehicle and was able to restore my car to the best condition it’s ever been in.
