First off I want to say, that Auto Key Pro transformed a potentially stressful situation into a walk in the park.. these guys are the real deal. I went grocery shopping the other day and when I went back into my car to grab my mask, I locked my keys in the cup holder. I called a few places that advertised car unlocking services but everyone I called was rude or didn't answer - until I called Auto Key Pro. I went to over to get a copy of a car key because the fob was broken and it didn’t hold the key in place and I ended up losing it in the snow somewhere. I searched up key cutting that could do car key replacements and then Auto Key Pro popped up when I found results. I saw a lot of good reviews from the place so I decided to come over. When I came, I told the worker about the situation and the service was done %100 no problem that took only 15 minutes which to me, it felt more like 10 minutes. They even did a complete fob change with lifetime warranty and battery change with an accessory flashlight key chain included and The price was very reasonable after everything was done. The staff were very friendly and had good humour and made me feel welcome the whole visit. After I left, the key was functioning perfectly and was very happy while driving home. One word describes the service I received today…IMPRESSED! After calling a number of places to get my key fob fixed with a price of $240 plus tax plus, I had all but given up. Till I drive by a store with the number for Auto Key Pro, I thought I’d give them a try and if worse I’d just have to pay the $240 and be done! My key worked to start my vehicle but could not open doors. I called they messaged me a link to their page to get a quote and for $180 plus tax only I could get a key. They called with a 1 pm appointment same day and With super friendly and helpful service I got a brand new key for $180 plus tax and within seconds I was back out to work. I could not ask for anything more. I was not going to get it cheaper than this and the service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them over and over to anyone, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Thank you Auto Key Pro for making my day; you rock!

I asked for recommendations on Facebook for a place to cut a key for my car when I misplaced my keys. About ten people listed this place so I gave them a shout. My only complaint is that it took a while to get a call back but I didn’t request an emergency callback, and they more than made up for it when they did call. They saved me money by using a CAA call and I ended up with a cut and programmed key in my hand within an hour of when they called me back (!), and their price was $160 compared to other quotes of $240-450. Very professional, great service, prompt replies to my messages when they got back to me, and they were ready to come back and finish tomorrow if they couldn’t get the job done before I had to work. Their fast service also saved me the cost of an Uber to/from work and an hour wages. Above and beyond as far as I’m concerned. Would recommend for sure! Thank you Auto Key Pro!

Great customer service is hard to come by, but if that’s what you’re looking for you will not be disappointed with by the team at Auto Key Pro. After losing my car keys late one evening I was scrambling to find a solution! I contacted other businesses in the Hamilton area that offered the same service, and if I was lucky enough to get a response it was rude and unhelpful. Then I received a text response from Auto Key Pro and was immediately relieved. They were responsive, courteous and willing to work with me and accommodate my busy work schedule to find a time that was suitable to replace my key. Not only does Auto Key Pro take care of you, but they go completely above and beyond in doing so. I would highly recommend anyone who finds themselves locked out of their vehicle or in need of a key replacement!

I lost my car key and didn't have a spare. Inquired about having them come and create a new key for my car and was quoted $400 cash with CAA discount (Sunday Service). I declined and said I'd wait as dealership had previously quoted around $200 to get a new fob key. I had sent them a photo of my spare (which is bent and unusable) so I assumed this was what they were quoting on. They came back with a quote for $200 (Monday service) for a basic chip key. Clearly I should have asked if chip meant the same as fob because I ended up with a regular car key...not sure why it's called a chip key as there is no electronics/chip in it. The service was fine and quick but really was expecting a proper fob key for $200 feeling a bit ripped off. Live and learn... be sure to ask specifics if requesting a new key.

!BEST KEYSHOP IN THE GOLDEN HORSESHOE! My old Honda Civic 2009 has been having issues with its keys since the start of this year, every time Auto Pro has saved me. They provide a speedy and excellent service, their prices are worth paying. I have never had a problem with their service. Even more difficult jobs are not a problem for them, and they seem to be always willing to give a helping hand if you need one. Think they can't fix it? Call them: they probably can. I did much of the work on my car DIY, however this was no problem for them. They still helped with the parts that I could not do (like programing and fixing a lock cylinder. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. This shop is the place to go!

My friend and I were taking rowing lessons when we tipped our scull and ended up in the water. Once we recovered I realized my only car key fell into the water. My phone, house keys etc., were all in my car. I called CAA, from my friend's phone, who referred me to a locksmith at Auto Key Pro. I have to share this MJ is an outstanding person.My son who is only 20 took is Jetta there for new key fob.He had some issues with it went back to have them fixed while there his car decided not to start.Starter decide to stop working MJ tried to get it started but no go Told me he was sure it was the starter.Said he could get my son a rebuilt one $240 his cost and it was fairly simple to change he would do it at now charge my so. Just had to pay for the starter.All I can say is wow he said to me we want to make sure our customers are satisfied . Have been dealing with Auto Key Pro for just over a year. I have experienced both their dealer service as well their retail customer service. My fiancee needed a new key fob for her Honda after I lost it and I had worked with Auto Key Pro before and had many positive experiences. A quick phone call and a couple text messages and she was all set up with a mobile call to her work in Burlington. The fob was programmed within minutes and it works perfect! I respect the fact that they are a family owned small business who go out of their way to take care of their customers! Keep it up guys, you will always have my business!

I have a 2009 Honda Civic. After being told my fob was on backorder for a year, Honda finally announced they were no longer in production (shocking..it was only 13yrs old when I first started inquiring!). Honda had originally quoted me >$300 to replace the key before they finally announced it was no longer in production and typically takes over an hour. Auto key Pro did it in about 10 minutes and was $200. Saved money and time. Key works like a charm. They were able to do it the same day I called. Very professional. So happy with my experience and would recommend to everyone.

These guys are great! Service has always been exceptional. I used them for key services at the dealership I worked for and still use them and recommend them for various things now to anyone who asks. We called them because we had broke a piece of our van key in the ignition and it was quite far in. They came within an hour on a Friday evening, and it ended up taking two hours with a second guy joining (the key piece was quite deep and stuck in the ignition). They got it out and running properly and it only cost $100 +hst! We totally expected to be charged extra for how difficult it ended up being, but there was no extra price and the guys were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

I can say this is the best customer service I've seen in the longest time. Lost my Bmw x6 key went to the dealer the price was very outrageous and was told 2week wait ..i got in touch with auto key pro and got my new key programmed within 4hrs wow ... and 1/2 the price....this is not a off the market service this is authentic. Outstanding service and M.J. is very friendly. I would have gone to dealership for a brand new car key for my 2017 Honda CR-V, which would have required me to: 1) tow the vehicle 2) have 4 hours (per service tech) to have 2 keys programmed for $700 total before tax This place came right to my place, got to my car at my most convenient time (I usually get back home 7-8PM), and had this done in 5 min for $500 total before tax. Happy I saved some money. Time to grab some kbbq now.

I lost the spare key for our Honda and I was dreading going through the hassle and delay of ordering another from the dealer. after reading review, I decided to go at auto key pro to cut my car key and changed my remote battery. But, this guys talked with different level of attitude. He is totally un-professional, rude and arrogant person. He know that auto key pro is just one shop in nearest area and already available good google review so he took advantages of it and don't care about customer. It is my humble request to drive little more and go somewhere else for better service.

I lost my only set of keys and was locked out of my vehicle. I contacted my local dealer who said it would take 5 days to get the fob I needed and I would need to tow my vehicle to the dealership. Towed my 2011 Mercedes C300 70kms here because they were the only place that could fix my Electronic Steering Lock failure, and replace it with an emulator, to completely remove the issue form ever happening again. MJ was incredibly fast, and had it fixed in just a couple hours, and was very nice. Paid almost a quarter the price that Mercedes quoted me. Will be coming back for any future repairs/issues with my car!

We just had the best service from this company. Keys to the motor vehicle were locked in the trunk and the only way to access the trunk was to unlock the trunk. We contacted this company and they were extremely professional, courteous and responsive. Cost was very very reasonable and Mustafa was very friendly. The entire process took less than a minute. Had a friends car and my dads car keys taken care of here, and it was great! My friends required special software that they didn’t have, so they got it. They decided they wouldn’t charge him extra because it wasn’t his fault. Got his key taken care of quickly, and my dads key was ready in 20 minutes! Great people to deal with. Took my wife's Mercedes in to fix a failing ESL module. The car was repaired in just a few hours compared to the days or weeks I was told by Mercedes Dealers. Had the dreaded Electronic Steering Lock failure on my wife’s GLK350 - called on Friday afternoon and they said to get it towed either Saturday or Sunday after supper, and they had it fixed the following morning! No green key needed from MB Germany with the 2 week wait, and likely 1/2 or 1/3 of the cost at the dealership. MJ was great!

Fantastic and fast service. Our old key was worn and we couldn't push the buttons anymore. We got a new key plus a backup key with out remote for a half the cost that the stealership dealership would have charged for just one new key. Now we have a couple hundred dollars to spend elsewhere. We highly recommend this shop.

Fred did a great job! Had a key cut for my 07 mitsubishi eclipse. Because of the wear and slight bend of my original broken key, he had to cut it by hand but did a fantastic job and same day service. Definitely knows what he is doing, highly recommend!
