This is the first time writing a review in my life, because they deserve it! I drove all the way from downtown Toronto to get my car repaired and it was worth it! George was very professional, honest person to deal with. They were able to replace a few parts of my very old Mercedes 2003 C230k while I was waiting. They even test drove it around to make sure it was fine before giving me the car back. I used to repair my Mercedes for the past 7 years but moved to a condo so I don't have my own or trust any other mechanics but not anymore!

For over 30 years I have been having my vehicles repaired at Auto Master Centre, and have always received the best service anyone could ask for. Items that are required to be looked after are efficiently taken care of, and without additional non-required services being pressured to have done. As I commute in my vehicle on Highway 401daily over 100 km, I have never had a surprise of any mechanical/electrical failure leaving me stranded on the edge of the expressway. This is a truly great service shop. I've know George and Eric for many years and they've serviced each of the cars I've had through that time. I do a lot of maintenance myself whenever I can but sometimes the task requires knowledge, equipment, and professionalism that exceeds my capacities. I took my car for alignment which I just find this place online. Honestly it was one of the best of experience in mechanic shop. Great customer service, excellent repair and useful recommendation with honesty for your car service. After ruin my car alignment in CANADIAN TIRE auto service finally here I could fix the problem with less money than CANADIAN TIRE. I strongly recommend everyone to try this mechanic shop and thanks George for his nice and great attitude.

I do most auto work myself but occasionally there are a few items that need to be done at a shop. So far, this is the best mechanic I have come across in my experience. George is friendly, professional and honest. He is up front and does not try to hide anything. I will definitely be coming back for any future work I cannot handle in my own garage. Plus, it is nice to be able to check out the nice cars in the lounge when waiting :)

Great bunch of guys. Very knowledgeable and honest. Always willing to explain what has been done or what might be needed in the future. From small to big jobs they do it all. The mechanics do all the work on my company fleet, as well as all personal vehicles. They go above and beyond for us and that is the service I need. Auto Master are the only guys who will do work to my vehicles.

Today I had one of the most pleasant experience with a mechanic ever. He took the time to explain what are the things he found wrong with the car and did not forced me in any decision. Also I found the prices reasonable and also he was one of the mechanics that actually listed and answerd to all my questions and did not seemed botherd to answer all of them.

I had a fantastic experience at the shop, and George is an awesome guy and he has amazing customer service. I just purchased some wheels and tires approximately a month back and I noticed that there was a slight vibration, he balanced my wheels and also did an alignment on my car. The car drives super straight now.
