With all due respect, I mean no offense with this post this is simply my experience. My mother in law took her car here because she was having issues with coolant leaking. They did an inspection and they highlighted some parts that need to be replaced. My mother in law who is an older lady and doesn't know much about cars asked them how much would it cost ,labor wise, they said they will charge by the hour for installation. She then asked them if she bought the parts and gave it to them would they just charge her for the labor, they said yes. We bought the parts and I decided to go and speak to them myself. They denied telling her they will do the labor by the hour and told me they will charge 1460 just for the labor "installation". So I left and took the car to a different mechanic whom I deal with. After they did their inspection it turns out that there were some parts that did not require replacement. In conclusion, I would not recommend this place for major work, they were not honest, telling her she needs to change certain parts when in fact it was not necessary. Over charging for installation and misleading recommendations after inspection. I urge you to have better and honest business practices to retain your customers.

I have experienced for the first time a back lash as I was ripped off with the price given over the phone and when the job was completed it become double. Had taken my car in to get shocks replaced by supplying my own parts. The person who were in charge given the price over the phone and when I came the next day he then changed the price to be double. I am not sure why this happened as he said he cannot remember the price that was given to me over the phone. So I mean all standard repairs should have standard rates but not in this guys books. The price will be given as he feels it should be. I am not happy and will never use their service again. He also told me next time he will look into the price! very bad business practice I would say.

My experience with the Pronto Auto shop at Meadows is disappointing. Staff who met me was excellent. The rest is service from Hell. In May, 2018 I bought 4 brand new Firestone Tires for 2650/-.... Invoice stated that I will have free rotation at 10,000km. I was never able to get the car in. Tried several times then finally I took it to another garage and paid for the service. Today I went to replace a flat. No Firestone Tires. Best offer? I must buy TWO new Pirelli tires for 1450/-. That was the best they can do. The car drove 25,426 km on the Firestone Tires. The boss offered a 30/-dirham discount. NEVER AGAIN will I even stop for gas or water at that station.

I received an outstanding service when I first came to the reception, the lady there gave me all possible options and offered me the best rate for replacing all 4 tyre. The tire got replaced and then i had an issue with vibration, the staff did wheel balancing 2 times in different days but the issue presists. I spoke with the manager Sathya who did not save any efforts to help me out, he contacted the dealer and arranged to get me a tyre replaced by warranty. I can safely say that whatever they committed from day one, they kept their word and commitment. Thanks to Sathya, the receptionist lady, Saleesh and everyone who help.

I would like to thank Marlon and Kamil from AutoPro mobile van service, who helped me with my car’s tires change when It got flat suddenly down my residence. They were very polite, quick, professional and great masters of their work! I was happy to get my car back on track in a very short time with their help right next to my house! Poor experience On Sunday at 2 pm took my car for oil change. I waited 45 minutes and they did not start doing my car. They seem to be busy but little labours I can not understand when place is busy why no more labours can be put for such busy location. It seems they want to make more profits with little labour cost I will no take my car again to this place A. Matloob

Mr. Irfan the mechanic was a great gentleman who thoroughly checked my car (mustang) when just having a service and oil change. Found out in details the problems that needed to be solved with his expertise. Best affordable good quality service experience i’ve ever had at any garage in Dubai!! Thank you Irfan!!

Had a bad flat. I had previously bought my tires from them. They got a replacement in about 45 minutes (from their warehouse) and had it for 50% off to boot. Good professional service every time I go there.
