Would definitely not recommend off the bat since there are other car washes in the area, been here for about an hour and a half waiting. Service is slow, there is no supervision to encourage the staff to get it cleaned quicker. Share the same sentiment as other reviewers on this page, unfortunately it seems it is the same owners as the Total and Mugg and Bean, and since using them I have not continued to use them due to poor service. However saying that, once I got the car back it was cleaned properly, the inside was immaculate, and it was actually done very nicely. If they could work on the time frame I am sure they would have a captive market.

My Bmw was damaged inside from cleaning chemicals used. Also scratches on bonnet and roof from contaminated cloths. Arrogant owner won't take responsibility after staff apologized for damaging. No apology, nor refund, instead was offered another car wash. Never take your car here, they said its a wash at own risk policy. Very risky. Also suggest staying away from Total Hobart Center Bryanston and AMG Bryanston as owned by the same unfriendly owner.

Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this place for a carwash! Such a pity as I have been bringing my cars here for years and have watched the service and care slip away slowly. I have just returned to pick up my other car to take it for a wash as well and have noticed the poor cleaning that was done to this car. I don't expect perfection from their overpriced carwash, just a decent effort at least. I am done with being ripped off!

Took car for a super wash, wash ,dry,vacuum, tyre polish etc. As it is underground in parking lot,very poor light, could not check inside . When I got home checked inside,was not cleaned well at whole, took it back next day ,so it could be redone, got it back still not satisfactory,there is no proper supervision and control to check each car. In the end I cleaned the inside to my satisfaction. Will not use it or recommend it

Worst car wash ever - definitely would not advise. Said it would take 1 hour… 1 and a half hours later and still not done. After all that car wasn’t even cleaned nicely. Super rude staff will never ever be going there again I have no clue how they are still in business

Disgusting. I've brought my car here several times but since new management my car has not been cleaned properly. Today I looked at my car and what I found after an AUTOSPA is shocking! These photos are shortly after picking up my car from a wash.

Service is fast and convenient; however, the car seats were very wet and the bakkie was still full of sand and water. Not professional finishing.

This was the longest car wash ever, they charge you for a seat wash and all they do is wipe your seat with a cloth. Never will I use them again

The lead time for the car to be washed is never adhered to - they are always delayed. Really poor management and customer service.

Be prepared to wait 1 hour longer than what is promised. The service has gotten progressively worse over time! Not worth it!

These guys go above and beyond when cleaning. I always get compliments on how clean my car is after I've been to them

Service is extremely slow, it took them 1 hour and 20 minutes to wash my car and it wasn't even busy.
