I have taken my car here a number of times for general wear and tear repairs. I have always been very happy with the service. The front staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, I love that they are very transparent and e-mail all correspondence and quotes/invoices etc. It's really easy to track and call up history. I feel that Bruce really goes the extra mile to ensure that problems are dealt with properly and gives regular updates when dealing with any sort of mystery car ailment. As a women I often feel taken advantage of in car repair shops with mechanics assuming ignorance and trying to pull a fast one on me in terms of outlining what is needed and the prices I will need to pay. That is definitely not the case here. I highly recommend this branch and will continue to bring my car in here for services and repairs. A definite 5 star service!

I would like to thank Autoworks Strand for their excellent service. I have the highest regard for Bruce and his team. We have become their customers after an unfortunate breakdown. So I had his mobile number since incident one. With me being a damsel in distress on a Sunday, Bruce patiently adviced me what to do. He then sorted the car first thing on the Monday morning and even kept it for the whole week to make sure that he was absolutely certain that there were no further problems. We are incredibly grateful to have caring people doing sterling jobs in our lives. It is common for managers answering and dealing directly with such care and patience. Due to circumstances, we've not had our vehicle serviced in a long time. Autoworks Strand took in our vehicle and gave a complete assessment of everything that needed attention, and quotes soon followed. All work was completed within the promised timeframe and we received WhatsApp updates throughout the period and even some videos detailing damage to be repaired. Over and above the already great service, Autoworks Strand also dropped us off and collected us afterwards to pick up the vehicle. We also travelled a bit following the service and I'm happy to report that our car feels and drives like it's shed 50000 km's from the clock. Outstanding service Autoworks Strand!

From the first moment I walked in I received 5 star service. I felt safe as everyone was wearing their masks, and were friendly. Most importantly, the manager Bruce took the time of day to show me the exact problem on my car and explained things to me. It wasn't one of those experiences where you just get a list of problems and have to pay, he showed me, and that is highly appreciated. I drove from Fish Hoek to have my car serviced here because they came highly recommended, and I certainly was not disappointed. Very good customer experience from start to finish. I phoned and spoke to Shanice whom was very friendly and professional. After taking in my ST and speaking to Bruce. I was updated at every step as to what is, and what needs to happen. Upon collecting my car Bruce gave me a break down of what was done and received a washed and vacuumed car. Great work guys!!

Despite being very busy they accepted my car immediately to avoid my breaking down at the side of the road. The damage and quote was sent with video evidence for complete peace of mind. The quote was absolutely fair. My car was handed back much cleaner than received as well. Highly recommended.

I took my Fiat 500C in for a minor service and it came back with a wierd aggressive sound when I I accelerate and press my clutch. It also has an aggressive idle. I took it back to Auto Works and they could not help resolve the issue. I
