Laughable service! Three staff members were on the phone as I stood waiting to make a purchase. One staff member finished his phone conversation and looked up and acknowledged he wouldn’t be long...as he made a new phone call. His colleague looked up as he finished his phone call and walked away to the stock shelves. I waited for the store clerk who had spoken to me to finish the second phone call before ushering me forward to start my transaction. All three staff displayed no interest in shop sales in preference of busy work.

I’ve been in here twice with my Nuna and it’s a fantastic store with great, friendly staff. The last two times we’ve been helped by the same gentleman. I’m sorry to say I didn’t get his name, but he has dark hair and is always very helpful. They always seem to have the right stock for my older car, which I am so thankful for. Not many retailers carry parts for a car made 30 years ago! Thank you very much guys, you’ve got a lifelong customer here! ☺️

After running around all morning to Autopro’s competition and struggling to get any help or lack of attitude, I rang Autopro where they told me exactly what I needed. As well as this I brought a thermostat, 3 bottles of coolant and a gasket for $50 less than what their competitors quoted me on just a thermostat.

Shopped around on the phone chasing a new radiator hose & these guys had the best price for a good brand hose,,,so chose this place,, when I arrived I was served immediately & politely & I was in & out in around 3 minutes,,, i am impressed with my choice of retailer today .

While I have a couple of their competitors stores just around the corner, I prefer to travel an extra 10 minutes and get SERVED by someone who actually KNOWS what they are talking about. Plus, their prices are on par or usually cheaper. They deserve 6 stars!

While they don't have everything at prices I want to pay they do offer good service and advice. Just like the other Automotive stores Specials can dictate where you shop, however for some items their regular prices are much better than their competition.

Comments about the competency of a home mechanic are not welcome and may cause offence. Especially, if a person doing something for the first time and learning. I have shopped here since 1996 and have never encountered something like this before.

Called up to order a radiator hose in, which was perfect. Then get to the store and was met with no greeting as I walked. No one approached to see if I need any help. Then when it came paying their Zip pay wouldn't work, not their fault.

My experience with Nigel today was next level, this man went above and beyond for me, I am so grateful. Very professional with great customer service and manners, a very nice shopping experience.

The new store manager is friendly, very good at merchandising and retail, whilst he is getting better with trade he has his 2IC to rely on. Small team but showing potential to be a good branch.

Best in the area. These guys know their stuff, stock a good selection of parts & products in store & are always quick to order anything else.

Very helpful and took time to explain the products and uses for them, plus went out of their way to look up products that they don't stock.
