W mojej Zafirze zepsuła się klimatyzacja. najpierw padlo podejrzenie na kompresor jednak na szczęście zepsulo sie tylko sprzeglo. Kilka telefonów do jego znajomych i udało sie zalaltwić te małą cześć. Właściciel bardzo dobrze mowi po angielsku wiec komunikacja bez zarzutu. Przy okazji można oddać samochód do umycia :)

We are very happy with the service in this garage. They could help us very fast and in a very good way. Luan speaks very good English and he did his very best to fix our van. The previous communication with Luan by telephone and later in the garage was perfect and all at a fair price. Unfortunately the right pieces to repair well are not easily available in Albania. Frustrating for us, but nothing to blame the garage for. Luan even took the effort to sort out some practical issues for us since we will have to wait a bit longer until our van will be up and running again! Not his job at all but he was committed and willing to help!

The most calm, helpful, professional and friendly mechanic we ever met. And the best thing is: he is very good and knows the craftsmanship, he is very creative and willed to help. We had a very uncommon and very complicated problem with our car and he tried everything possible and was able to help. Without him we never had the chance to travel home. We hope the fix will stay. 10/5 Stars ! I called Luan to do an oil change on our camper (Renault Master). In the process, he also installed my diesel parking heater (Autoterm 2D), even though he had never done it before. All of this at a very fair price and in less than 4 hours! It was incredible. The next day, he even drove me around town in his private car to get various parts for the parking heater. I would give 10 stars if I could. Such service is not available where we live.

Hatten Probleme mit unserem t5 (dieselpartikelfilter war komplett zu)! Sind 2 mal spontan vorbeigekommen und uns wurde beide Male direkt geholfen (beim 2. mal mehrere Stunden Filter ausgebaut und frei gebrannt!). Fairer Preis und super netter Mechaniker mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen! Wir können diese Werkstatt zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Danke für eure Hilfe!

Wir sind spontan vorbeigefahren und Luan hat zum nächsten Tag alle Teile da gehabt und unsere Kupplung ausgetauscht. Die Werkstatt ist spontan, flexibel, hilfsbereit und preislich sehr fair.
