I can only speak from my own experience, which is that dealing with Autospiders felt like dealing with criminals. I took my car there to have the chassis straightened. I paid "Alfred" (if that is his real name) in cash R2000 to have this done. When the car was there his workers noticed the cam belt was damaged. So they got a new one for R680. They also did a service, which I did not authorise. they lost the original power steering pipes for my vehicle and they had to refashion some new pipes, I now have no idea if these pipes are ok or not or if the car is safe to drive. I arrived to fetch my car and they would not release it unless I paid them R5655 but they refused to say what it was for, they refused also to accept a card payment, I had to give them cash or a bank transfer into an account that had a person's name, it sounded like a woman's name, it did not even have the name of the business. I did the transfer as I literally feared that they would harm me or my car, and they dropped off my car. It was an awful experience. Based on my experience I would not recommend this business, and if anything happens to me after writing this review, you will know where to look.
