For enquiring on a basin that is $30 (after discount), their service is exceptional. I originally had a Parisi washbasin that was showing hairline cracks, and the list price is $860, and after complaining about it they offered 50%, which comes to $430. What b.s. pricing that was, when I found a similar looking basin in Ava for a discounted price $30, also made from vitreous china and ceramic. What's even better, there's a 15-year warranty on the sink as opposed to Parisi's 10. And they reply super fast. After placing order, the basin arrived the next day. It's hard to say how durable it will be but $30 for a 15 year warranty basin is very hard to beat. I'm satisfied with my experience and I'll likely come back again when I shop for bathware. First time renovators and we were completely overwhelmed with the choices available in the market. The staff were so patient with us and were able to narrow down our choices by listening to our wants and needs for the bathroom. Disappointing - arrived with a random bag of screws no instructions for the light, no help from emailing and chatting online. Light was wrong style for the cabinet so either poor product or wrong one sent. So no I won’t be using you again. Poor product and service
