Very friendly staff who are always prepared to help and asking if I need assistance in finding anything. They have a wide range of products & usually most things are in stock or an alternative available. They seem to have extra staff during Christmas rush which is great.

Consistently disappointing visits to this store. The staff’s lack of acknowledgement and basic courtesy makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience. Today I was not acknowledged when I presented myself to the counter and remained ignored
