They have a very nice selection, the shop has a impressive interior design. My wife bought 600 euros worth of earrings. I asked the salesperson if the had tax refund, to which he responded afirmative, and proceeded to hand me only the invoice. When I told him that it’s not enough to run the refund, he halfheartedly replied that it should. Upon my insisting, he consulted with the store supervisor, who confirmed that they don’t offer tax refund for a number of lame reasons, including “in Germany it’s complicated”. Unacceptable, especially for a store in a busy turistic area.
