As I lay here in my beautiful house at 2 in the morning, back broken and unable to feel my legs, I cannot help but think that this is still surreal. Matt Klein is a man of his word. He made us one promise and that was to get us into our new home by Christmas. We are 4 days away and we cannot thank you enough. Matt you have changed our lives for the better and we are forever in your debt! Matt was highly informative, very knowledgeable and transparent right from the get go. He told us like it is and was upfront about everything. Most importantly he was genuine and was always professional in his work and kept is informed the whole way through. This is very hard to find at this day and age. Matt, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for sticking by your word and thank you for finding us our dream home. I've rented through Avion since March 2020 and my experience has been nothing but positive. I can honestly say over my 22 years of renting Avion blows the competition out of the rental market for treating its tenants fairly and professionally. I've had nothing but support from all staff at Avion over the COVID19 pandemic. I'd also like to make a particular shout out to Brittany M. My building went into hard lockdown this week which was very stressful (could not even walk out your apartment door). Brittany M called me personally to make sure I was doing ok. This lifted my spirits immensely. She also kept her tenants well informed with email updates from body corporate when our hot water shut down whilst we were in a hard building lockdown. Brittany M's level of genuine compassion and good spirit should be celebrated and showcased to REIV - this young lady deserves to be recognised through an award of excellence! :)

It gives me pleasure to provide a review of Avion Properties. I have been renting in Edgewater Estate for five and a half years now, and Avion have been FABULOUS for me to deal with over that time. I had just relocated from New Zealand at the time. I have had a few property managers over that time, due to maternity leave etc, and they have all been very helpful, professional and responsive. Initially I had dealings with Matt, and most often since then, Maxine. I have always felt very comfortable going to them with any maintenance issues, which they action promptly, and they are grateful for the care and attention I provide to my home. I am surprised by some of the negative reviews here. I have nothing but positive experiences with Avion Properties. I have been with them for many years now and have found them to be easy to work with, professional and organised. As I do not live in Melbourne, I need to trust that my interests are being looked after. I do not worry at all about my place. Whenever there has been issues with a tenant or maintenance, they have been communicative and supportive for my situation. For those negative reviews, you will find that they may have been from a bad experience for them personally, not as an organisation. Read between the lines to see that.

Rude , arrogant , unhelpful I have nothing else to say , Matthew the property manger very rude unhelpful disrespectful I will never use this agent again And won’t recommend them as they only work for the landlords to secure their money , tenants only numbers they get rid of them and easily hold their bonds and throw it to vcat, but I was fortunate to win the case after they hold my bond for 5 weeks .so be ware tenants......

We have filed a couple of repair requests from water leakage from the balcony floor to broken cealing lights and switch, over the past year. For so many months, the Avion property management give absolutely no response to our requests. Now one of our bedrooms is not liveable because the carpet becomes all wet during raining days. Highly unrecommend!

Went to inspect a property for rent with Brit**** ( wont say the full name for privacy) She wasn't welcoming, didn't had the key for me to view the storage room, didn't had the key to visit the infrastructure and didn't know the exact price of the property for rent.... not professional I wouldn't like her to look after my property that's for sure !

Brittany and the team at Avion properties have been a fantastic real estate agent for me over the last 12 months. Brittany is always friendly and approachable with any issues that I may have, and very responsive. I cannot recommend Brittany and the team at Avion properties enough!

Nick was recommended by a friend for the urgent sale during Covid19 of my property. He and his team were awesome working with a short deadline they came through on time and on budget. Very professional and a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend.

We had Maxine as our property manager and she was always very kind, understanding and helpful. We had Erin as our property manager while Maxine was on maternity leave and she was also lovely.

Property managers waste people's time by advertings 1 bedroom properties as 2 bedroom, charging $400+ a week for you to put a bed in the lounge room. Don't bother viewing their rentals.

We have been leasing through Avion with Maxine as our property manager, she has always been great to deal with and we would recommend leasing a property through her.

Avion Properties have been a pleasure to deal with. They take care to understand your situation and work hard to achieving the best result.

Wanted to sell my property and was looking for their person in charge. Their office staff / receptionist are simply RUDE.
