Rented a base car for 4 days. Got a Kia Soul 2023. Paid for gasoline, GPS, and additional insurance (recommended). Not bad. Drove 994 miles with 3/4 of a tank. INs. - Online reservation process was very straight and fast - All information was consistent at the frontdesk on pick up time - Very professional staff - Car received very clean OUTs - Car was provided with an external and very out-of-date Garmit GPS unit. Many new places and highways were not available, making navigation unrelievable and confusing. Entering to the Google Era is mandatory. My smartphone saved my life a couple of times! For a very-first-time visit to the city, this was critical. - Road Assistant phone number was difficult to reach. Reporting a collision event was uncertain, but in the end, apparently efficient.

No sense of urgency or concern. The employees don't provide any updates of why it is taking forever. They seem to take advantage of being the only agency that is open 24hrs. Only had two employees working...with over 30 people in line. Took more than 25 mins per person to process....even with the precheck being already done. Worst experience I have ever had with any rental agency.

Hey I work for the company, good folks to work for. They definitely take an interest in the employee, your not just a number. Most workers seem happy on the job. However you better like driving if you shuttle cars around. Houston traffic is nuts!

Rental scam. They claim not to have any avaliable cars and say they need to charge extra. They also say we only have 2 choices #1 is 150$ #2 is 700$ for the day.... I see hundreds of cars in the garage ready for pickup.

The airport staff were not helpful at all and they made the process of renting a car extremely difficult. I hope that the staff gets better training in the future.

They are horrible in business. Thier office is closed and long waiting time to get the car. Their customer care agent doesn't know how to help and sleepy.

The cars are so nice. It was clean & with what may have seemed to be, plenty of upgrades in the vehicle. Though they are the hottest cars to choose from.

It’s okay at best. Wanted a certain rental, by what the app is telling me I can choose. Then when I get there wasn’t able to get the rental I wanted.

Filled up the tank. Drove 4.1 miles to the car return. Got charged for approx 7 gallons of fuel. Not the first time this has happened to me.
