Unbelievable gem in Frankston! Secluded, but with everything you could have within walking distance. The property is fabulous and the spa on the balcony is stunning. The host Pam is phenomenal and was so thoughtful and helpful. Already planning our return!

I felt very safe at the property and it felt very private.

So central to everything you could need - 10 mins from the train station, 6 minutes or less from Coles. Plenty of bars and restaurants around!
Noteworthy details
There's a Wii, loads of games and puzzles, heaps of seats and the little touches like prewarming the spa, the heater being on, the snacks and drinks left out. Purely wonderful!

Gorgeous little Air bnb on the beach, literally on the sand! Owners are gorgeous people, spa on the deck was great and the massage chair wonderful. We went in Autumn so couldn't kayak, but they have them if you want to have a paddle!
