Unbelievably terrible and incompetent service save yourself and go elsewhere. They have the worst, utterly useless staff with no knowledge on anything, and do not even know how to speak to the customer. The kind of arrogance and ignorance they have, is something that no other banker has. They are not fit to be a banking sector, their approach and attitude is unprofessional , they need to learn how to interact with the customer.

i was visited the branch day before yester day i explain my account problem they taken all my bank detail.they said we will do after 10 minutes we will call and confirm but still iam not getting any call.waste branch,time pass staff,ruthless staff,

Very bad service in this branch... I hv waited for 40 minutes for printing the passbook at last I put the passbook in dustbin... Very bab customer service
