Booked an appointment for a fill for acrylic nails & had a random woman from the back show up and start cutting all my acrylic nails off without asking me, then proceeded to do an entire new set at the cost of $65 just for solid color when it would’ve been $45 for the fill I booked for. Drilled the skin off the sides of my fingers until my fingers bled, more focused on talking to the other employees than on the blood on my fingers. Unable to respect what I asked/booked for. Removed my other set of nails with a used nail tip (completely unsafe and could do damage by prying off the old acrylic and tips from my nails) and then instead of throwing it out after they put it back into the box of tips. When I explained that no one had asked me if I would be okay with removing all of my other nails and to do and entire new set, the worker at the front desk started to raise her voice. The woman who cut my nails off without asking left her blood on my hand from her open wound on her hand.

I would give these ladies more than 5 stars if I could! I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and my nails turned out even better than the pictures. I am obsessed with how they turned out and I've already gotten so many compliments on my mani and pedi. This nail salon is professional, clean, and ladies are very talented. *EDIT*: Got some iridescent nails done this time and once again the ladies did an amazing job for me and my sister. My favourite nail salon - i never have to worry about my nails not turning out the way i want.

Very impressed. I've had my nails done three times now and have been very happy with the results. The place is bright, clean and welcoming. Susan did my nails the first time, and Vicki did my nails the following two times. They were both very attentive, listening to my concerns each time. They took the necessary time to discuss best options for me and to ensure I remained comfortable the entire time. I enjoyed the professional yet personal experience, and my nails look fabulous ... thank you!

This boutique is amazing! If I could give it a 10 stars I would!! Never had a bad experience. The lavender foot soak is divine and so is the orange soak and scrub kit. Attentive staff. Spotless salon. Good at eyebrows too. Many nail color options. Not tired like some salons. Clean.Bright and Great service and color options. THE SERVICE IS FRIENDLY..Fantastic location. The staff are always friendly. Massage chairs are a great bonus too. Thanks all for a much ...much needed self care moment!

I really liked My nails at first they looked great. I was really disappointed when one nail came off under 2 weeks. Than 3 more fell off today only been 3 weeks today. I know have to get them filled was gonna do that but Never have I ever had my nails fall off ever...let alone 4 I'm so not happy and they won't help me or anything. Don't have good customer service never going there again. And spent so much money to get it done too.. so disappointing and frustrating.

The place was very clean and the staff was fairly polite. However if you are looking to get small details on your nails then this is definitely NOT the place. I am happy with my nails but my nail tech completely botched the snow flake and it’s not even in the right spot. They are pretty rough as I got cut a couple times and not worth the price. If you are looking for just a solid colour or shellac done then it’s not a horrible place to go.

Notice how their prices aren't listed online? They charge different people, different amounts. I thought I could trust a female owned business... but she's been over charging me for over a year. I found out and confronted her. She made up a pathetic excuse, but she's been charging me $40 more than others for the exact same service. Do you pay $131.25 for a fill + pedi with gel? Let me know!

First pedicure here and I’m thrilled with it! Ann was lovely and did a great job. The little flower design I requested turned out better than I imagined. Also had an eyebrow wax which I’ve done many times and was again pleased with it. They have frequently accommodated eyebrow waxing on a walk-in basis, and it was also easy to book the pedicure for my desired time. I’ll definitely be back.

Pretty heartbreaking to find out they pay their staff on a monthly basis with no overtime and force them to work 7 days a week. My gf and I came in and we were told this is the case. We will never support a company that makes their staff work 7 days a week doesn't let them spend time with their families. Maybe hire more staff this is not how things work in Canada!!!!

Love, love, love, love! Excellent service, the staff is very friendly, patient and accommodating. My nails are gorgeous . Got lots of compliments from clients at my work and I send them there Just would reccomend them having the website updated so we could check the services and the prices, and maybe appointment availability as well.

Lovely salon! All the nail techs are super friendly and highly skilled! They do their very best to accommodate all walk-in customers and their prices are more than fair for the work and time spent with each person. They truly go above and beyond every time and I will remain a loyal client forever :)

I have been to this nail salon several times. They are always friendly and I'm always happy with my nails when I leave. Today I had blue tips done which I have never done before and I quite like them!! I only gave 4 stars because I was there for 2 hours. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry today.

I come here often, it's usually great but sometimes you can tell the staff are rushing quite a bit. Prices are a bit high (for the quality) if you get any sort of additional decorations/stickers/ etc on your nails but it's overall a great nail salon. Make sure you book an appointment!

I've been going here for a few years now. They're a bit further from me, but definitely worth the drive. They always do their best to fit you in, even without an appointment. They're professional, and they take care to do a really good job. Highly recommend!

I tried this Nail Salon 3 x and gave them lots of chances but I don’t think it’s for me Shellac Manicure is too thick . What a waste of money! Oh my manicure comes with massage and I didn’t get any, no hot towel either . No wonder this place is always empty.

Not recommended very rude place the staff are not very professional to the customers. They keep talking their own language and laugh in front of you, it’s feels like they are talking about you and your nails, which feels like you ain’t welcome.

Amazing. Have found that unicorn of a technician that does my nails exactly how I like them (shape) and does amazing colouring! Friendly and fast service for both my manicures and pedicures! Love love love, my regular go to since I found them!

The service is lovely. I had a fill/mani and pedi. I was so relaxed by the time they were done, I could have easily fallen asleep. The design on my finger and toe nails are lovely. This has definitely become my regular nail salon!

Hit and miss. The first time I went to get gel nails they were fantastic. When I went to get a fill, they looked great but were chipping by the second day. I wound up removing them a week after getting them

This is the best acrylic nail fill I’ve had. Their attention to detail (thin instead of fake-looking thick base, cuticles, nail shape, quality of acrylic) is fantastic. Amy was awesome

Very clean and everyone is very friendly, the lady doing my nails did a very good job, got the shape absolutely perfect! I asked for natural looking nails and she did just that!
