I had an interesting experience with Sam during a tough time and that made me realize he is not only amazing in his work but he is a gem of a person. My car was major hit by a person who wasn't kind enough to file a claim through his insurance and tried to delay for days and weeks. It was my first accident in Australia and I wasn't much aware of the protocols. During this time only Sam was the person who gave me support. He tried calling 3rd party on my behalf which wasn't his role. He kept my car for days before the repair could even be started. All this time he offered me moral support and always up for a chat and figure out ways to solve the case. He eventually arranged a solicitor for me through which we managed to get the insurance claims sorted. I can't thank him enough for all the patience and support. He is genuinely a very nice person as he supported me during tough time. As for his work, it was brilliant and faultless. He got everything brand new, the paint job was amazing and I got my car clean like never before. Thank you Sam and God bless you!

Called in for advice and a possible quote.Sam looked at the paint problem and said the small effected area could be touched up to save me an expensive cost.He went in and made up some paint and proceeded to cover small area on roof above windscreen.20 minutes later all done and he would not accept any money for this,thankyou again Sam,there are still good people out there.
