I have been here three times and have been extremely happy with the cut. My recent experience was not. My hair was mid length with soft layers and now it's all choppy at shoulder length. Also when my hair is up there is a really short gather of hair that was cut way too short and pokes out from the back of my head. My hair was never cut by this person before so i think she is new. Everyone is lovely here but super unhappy about my cut. If I come back I'll be sure to request a familiar face to cut my hair - revised review. Have returned and my cut since been fixed and I'm super happy with it! Thank you for your kindness!

I just got my hair cut there today, Saturday, I popped in without an appointment they found a spot for me as busy as they were. The lady that run the hair dresses today has worked there for at least 15 years now, use to do my son's hair cuts too, she did my hair fantactic I may add and the price was great too, The way she was able to do so many things at the same time and do a great job I was again impressed , the other ladies all working together its amazing to watch. even when it was so busy they never forgot to be polite even a cup of tea thank you so much. I have found ALL the staff to be professional, friendly and talented. Over many years, I have seen a great deal of compassion with customers having special needs & requirements, and Azz Hair have adapted and managed these needs seamlessly and discreetly. I sometimes wonder if some of the negative comments for this business are as a result of the hairdresser having a bad day, or the customer having a bad day. We all have these days, so please consider all comments on this business before just listening to the good or bad comments.

I asked for a quote for my hear half head of foils cut style and blow dry I was quoted $180 then I was seated I was asked what I was having done I told the lady she quoted me $190 then when my hear was done I was charged $198 this hear dresser is over priced and quotes what ever they fill like. I will say staff are friendly and happy with my hear! I will be staying with my hear dresser I go to the edit hear studio in penrith plaza same job I get charged $155 and same results!!

Had a full head of colour, cut and blow dry and could not be happier with the result! Explained to the stylist my needs and she took the time to address them and go through exactly what I wanted. But more impressive was the attitude of every staff member. I had my 7 month old in a pram and everyone was incredibly accomidating. A few elderly women were also in the salon and staff went beyond to help these women also. Will definitely be back and be recommending to friends!

First time coming into this salon as recommendation by a friend. Made a booking for an appointment, place was packed when I came in. However, service was fast, immediately attended to by lovely staff. Lady who looked after me was amazing, talked me through the process as I've been dyeing my hair with black box dye for as long as I remember, loved the results in the end. Was well looked after and staff listened to what I wanted to have done. Definitely would come back.

Went in to get roots blended with my blonde hair. Specifically asked the lady doing my hair not to touch the ends of my hair and to keep my blonde. Asked the other ladies a couple day beforehand about the price and they said $45-$60 And on the day was told it was $110 by this other girl. Came out with brown hair with a few blonde streaks. The lady noticed I was upset and rushed me to pay and leave the store. Absolutely disgusted with my hair and had to fix it myself.

Several months ago I had a colour done here. My top was ruined by chemicals during the session. There was no apology given, just the excuse that "these things happen". In my 40 years of experience at hair salons, this has NEVER happened before. Also my visit took over 3 hours as there was only one girl working there (other customers came and went) and she left at one point to move her car and came back half an hour later with a shopping bag! Very unprofessional.

I came in for a trim and everyone was so lovely, especially Jason. My hair looked amazing too of course. A few days later I was waiting for my friends to pick me up when I finished at the doctor and Jason let me sit in his shop while I waited and even offered me a glass of water so I didn't have to sit outside in the cold and rain. Amazing hair styling and cutting plus such lovely staff definately makes this place my new go too!

So disappointed my favourite hair dressers, I asked for a trim, went from long hair to almost short, so quick to chop off my hair, I’m still in shock, that’s so old school, why don’t you listen to the client, I’ve been coming here a long time, you yourself have long hair & I don’t understand why you would do this, I’ve had maybe 3 inches off, I usually trust a trim would be at most a centemitre

I have been here consistently for the last 5+ years and I can honestly say that each time I go I am made to feel welcome by all the staff not just my go to hairdresser Tash. They are all capable and generally care. Obviously they do a good job as well! Have had regular wash/blow drys, treatments, full head of foils and have also taken my family members on occasion to do formal hair do's. 10/10

Myself and my son went for haircut. We are new to Penrith area and have no clue which is good salon. Had very bad experience. I did showed my son's last time haircut picture to the lady and asked her not to cut more. Just a trim and did informed her the size of the blade. We had photoshoot next day and canceled it. Completely spoiled his hair. Not professional at all.

I didn't have an appointment but was able to be seen within 30 minutes. I am deaf and the staff were so accommodating to my needs. A special thank you to Anastasia, who cut my hair. She went above and beyond, communicating with me through a tap on the shoulder & hand gestures. She was extremely kind and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this business

To overly expensive. Just for a haircut, blowdry and treatment was $64.95 (treatment was$9.95). Other places are $30 or less for a haircut and blowdry. Plus they also placed bleeched my hair whilst dying my hair which then made my hair very dry and i had bad hair breakage no matter what hair products i used (products recommended by hairdressers that work here)

I had 5 differnet people working on me! The outcome was absolutley rediculous. While I'm happy to pay $230 for a spiral perm (quote was given when I was sitting there with the curlers and solution already on) the end result was anything but a sprial perm. There is no curl at all! They also totally butchered my hair when cutting.

Exellent customer service, great cut . I arrived at a very annoying time just before close and they managed to squeeze me in for a cut. As for the result, i showed the hairdresser my preferred cut style and she was spot on. Highly recommended very happy about that results. (Male cut and style)
