Previous customer before me spilled his juice in the bagging area and they gave him some kitchen roll to clean up the mess no wipes or anytning so me and probably a few other customers had really sticky shopping and sticky hands, also pretty no one was wearing a mask, i could of took mine off and no one would of batted an eyelid, no tape down for social distancing. Only reason why its not a one star is because they have a sanitising station and all the staff members look like they do a hard graft which i can appreciate. Shoutouts to those guys.

I went shopping there's for few bits 14/08/20 around 5pm, And wanted to buy a bottle of JD and 2 bottles of wine as it was my nephew 2yrs birthday. And the lady on counter refused to sell me and wife drink as she insisted she needs to see id. I don't normally drive around with my driving licence. Plus I'm 43 years old man with Gray hair. So went to Asda and bought it with no questions asked. So I believed she done that because of my colour despite of the public awareness going on.

Very disappointed with a purchase I’ve made at this B&m store. Last week me and my fiancé was shopping and bought the kitty corner multi level activity play centre and assembled it when we got home, as our cat had been playing with the hanging toys it had fallen out of its pocket and had a sharpe nail hanging out of it. This could of done serious harm to our cat. I hope b&m managemt do get in contact with me as I want this resolving!!! Always check before you let your cats play

Great store, great staff, but only issue is it feels like everyone in there knows the cashiers so they blab on for ages, seemingly unaware that there's a queue of people who may be in a hurry. They really need to develop a sense of professionalism especially when there's a queue. No problem that they want to chat to the locals but at least clear the line or get some more people on the tills and it wouldn't feel like such a p*sstake.

An awful experience.The store had many shoppers not wearing face coverings.When we spoke to the manager we were informed their policy was to help shoppers,the Police to police things. We will not be shopping at this store anymore as we both suffer from severe asthma,I have kidney disease and my wife works for the Ambulance service. In the current climate we found this experience wholly unsatisfactory.

Went here today and just wanted to praise the lovely and helpful staff, from getting help to reach for a purchase, the cheerful girl that got me a trolley (I'd too much in basket) and the cheerful check out Assistant. Can 100% say out of the other B&m Store's I've been to, this one by far wins hands down. Fantastic!!

Really big shop, well lit, well organised, fully wheelchair accessible. They have lots of cereals including American cereals, sweets, also lots of cosmetics, cleaning products and a wide range of home decorations such as statues, pillow, lights etc. I was impressed with the number of Asian style decorations.

Excellent store. Can buy just about everything you can in ASDA. Only one drawback that's checkout !!!! Seldom more than the Kiosk open to cash out. Usually a long wait to check out . Otherwise the younger Staff members are VERY helpful, very cheerful and make shopping a pleasure. ❤️

Good B&M, helpful staffs, reserved an item and was able to pick it without a problem. One staff went to great lengths to check stock at other sites as its still a manual process of ringing the site up to actually check that they got it than going by what's stated on the system.

The Killingbeck store is really good. An array of food, kitchen and bathroom, cosmetic, clothes, toys, shoes, diy section, slippers, books, perfume, bed linen, etc. Love it !!! Very reasonable prices. Bring extra cash because you'll need it for the bargains they have in-store.

Always good for bargains, seem to stock more or less everything I need, good layout B&M have 3 stores in east Leeds and they are great, the Colton store is like a department store well stocked, friendly staff seem to have a good knowledge of most things. Very good service

B+M, York Road (bottom of Lupton Avenue) you can't really go wrong here, it's in an older style building, ex Kwik Save, but don't let that put you off, usually has a really good range, well stocked considering the footfall and helpful staff, never had a problem here.

Good american cereal and american confectory they are in wonderful prices better then other shops for an example morrisons lucky charms £5 and bm £4.29 its a good bargain im a massive fan of american cereal and confectory i usually buy them from this store 5 stars!

B&M is a great place to go for any great bargains, whether for food condiments, home oddments, food or celebration. What started as a once a while visit has now become a weekly must, especially now coming up to Christmas. Cannot fault the great value or selection.

I find bnm very cheap but with decent items. There is also some thing for everything you want and more they cater for all including some fresh food items that are more essentials you may need huge selection of other food items at very good prices as well

Good amount of items here and they are pretty cheap. Shame the staff are rude. The woman scanning my items stopped to talk the the customer behind me and served her then proceeded to moan about a complaint she had received about her. Can't imagine why???

Just like every B&M go into buy one thing come out with 3 bag's of stuff you don't really need. Still it's fun . Down side watch the price's and deals has they leave them on when deals are finished. So bill maybe higher than you thought.

Nothing wrong with the store .but the service was scandalous. Only one poor lady at the counter. Felt so sorry for her .5 * to her .she was fed up of people asking where all staff was .10 mins in the queue.

Clean and well stocked all the time and even have some more unusual items that you may not even think you need and even though we are still at the back end of October they've already got Christmas stock in

Absolutely amazing the Christmas gifts and sweets and biscuits for Christmas are ace I spent £85 in there only going in for 2 items but lovely staff and great selection as arnie says I'll be back

Who doesn't love a visit to B and M? I could go on any of their stores and not need anything but find something essential. This is not the largest I have been in but is handy for where I live.

All though there's a lot of items. It's sometimes difficult to find what you are actually looking for and you get side tracked. But other than that. B&M I do love having a good look around.

Love the experiance of shoping and at till ... the counter lady named KAZ was just so funny ... need that kind of lady everywhere in customer care and on counters. Shes very beautiful ...

That first Isle that forces you to the back of the store has to stop. I came across 2 eshausted hobbits arguing about finding mount doom back there. But apart from that, no issues.

Got everything on my list there and at a reasonable price I have a friend there as well a supervisor and till worker so I'm naturally biased! Can I have the money now Paul....!!

What a great shop for value for money for bargain stuff for the home like the kitchen or bathroom or front room or bedrooms and food and clothing and stuff for your pets

Such a great place for home accesdories, every day shopping, and purfect for toys etc for the kids. And omg what a selection of their scented candles and orniments xxxx

B&m is a good store to go to because they sell everything you need and there are very good prices that people can afford and all the staff are friendly

It's always worth a look around, you can walk down an aisle and see something and say, oohh I need one of those. Before you know it, you need a basket.

Discount prices on all your branded household items, it's always busy and never enough staff on the checkouts, but you can't have everything I suppose

The buildings color scheme makes it look like its closed sometimes when viewed from lupton avenue. But otherwise its your run of the mill b&m.

This is a good discount store that sell most household goods, food and personal items , if your looking to save money this is the place to go

limited selection of groceries, small selection d.i.y .but good selection of miscellaneous goods( furnishing 's,gardening and so on ) …

Usual really straight in get what I'm after and back out again, if I can't find something always get great customers service from the staff

It's a B&M... smaller than some. Convienent and local, situated next to other stores so good to browse when out shopping for other things.

Brazilian Nescafé 200g jar for £3.99, I cleaned out this branch. Try others. Except Morley, I don't think they like that sort of thing ;)

Handy store, good prices, very helpful staff but never enough on the tills. They make enough money, they should get some more till staff.

I've always liked this store these have the best staff there is the prices do creep up slightly though hence the 4 stars.

Outstanding customer service helped with a bottle of peaky blinders phoned other stores and found out which one stocks it

Full of people NOT wearing masks and social distancing the staff who don't care don't go there if you value your health.

Layout is cramped. Nearly any room when wheelchair is in the same isle. Lighting is not as bright as I would like.

It was good to go again after over 2 months of not going. They didn't have everything but that is to be expected.
