"Just called in on the off chance they would have the skirting boards we are looking for"
"As with all B&Q's it's hit and miss whether the products are cheap or hugely expensive"
"Went in and slipped in a paint spill ruining some brand new adidas trainers, told one of the staff who went to clean up the spill but wouldn't even give me anything to try and clean the trainers been in since for curtains all over priced junk anyway"
"Really well laid out and great social distancing measures for COVID-19"
"Just to give positive feedback to staff member named Liz"
Just called in on the off chance they would have the skirting boards we are looking for. Unfortunately this time they didn't have them will try the larger store. Store is clean and very wide aisles perfect for wheelchair users. Very quiet throughout the store and not very many customers, probably due to the recession.
As with all B&Q's it's hit and miss whether the products are cheap or hugely expensive.Went in for decking stain but ours was the only shade not on the shelf......typical but not their fault.Huge range of products in store with plenty of free parking.Customers toilets were a disgrace thou!!!!!!!
Went in and slipped in a paint spill ruining some brand new adidas trainers, told one of the staff who went to clean up the spill but wouldn't even give me anything to try and clean the trainers been in since for curtains all over priced junk anyway. Avoid like the plague
Really well laid out and great social distancing measures for COVID-19. Queues going in aren't too bad and its to keep the numbers in the store to a minimum so it's really great inside. Great plant stock etc at the moment, and has all the supplies you'd need really
Just to give positive feedback to staff member named Liz. We wanted to buy 4 large plant pots but only one was in reach. 3 others were available but falling down the back of the display stand and completely out of reach. Liz went above and
The colleagues at this store could teach the others in the country about customer service. After working as a joinery contractor travelling around for many years, I have found myself in a lot of b and q stores to buy materials. The first
Bought a new kitchen from these and I tell you what it's been none stop hassle... doors have been sent wrong, wrong size housing unit for integrated fridge / freezer. Need a step ladder to get in all the units because of all this and its
I use B&Q often without issues but today at the Killingbeck store I was treated appallingly. I politely asked one employee where I could find a roll of Moist barrier. She made a face and said it didn't exist in this country, an obvious
I have been there last week end to buy a light bulb and some gardening stuff. I need to mention that I am not a DIY expert, so I was looking for some help. No one and I really say no one was on shop floor. I found a kind lady and I
Went into B&Q last week to get some laminate flooring. Nathan was very helpful and even put the heavy boxes of flooring in my car for me. That's what I call good customer service. I will definitely go back there again. Many thanks.
Not the biggest of stores but a good variety of stock. There wasn't many empty spaces where they had no stock and the staff were friendly. The checkouts were moving well as the store wasn't overly busy
Customer Service with Attitude!!. I returned an item ( not used and not faulty) however this is not the issue. The issue is I went to the Customer service point clearly signed RETURNS, they was
I had to travel down to this store from County Durham to collect 2 items not available anywhere in the North East. When I arrived, they were not in stock, when they were shown as such.
Everything you need is here. Gardening products are handy for killingbeck graveyard. A large selection of tools. Good staff with good prices. Well situated in a shopping park.
Generally have anything I ever need for home use - DIY /decorating. Lack of air conditioning in very hot weather makes this place uncomfortable for customers and staff alike.
Quite a nice store. Only downside, more often than not, when you need help or directions the staff is nowhere to be seen. Not their fault, obviously. Maybe it's just my luck.
Great service from Nathan. From start to finish. Helped with getting a wardrobe into the car. Rare to find this level of customer service nowadays. So thank you so much!
Helpful staff and good variety of stock. Not as busy as bigger stores but just as important to me logistically. Use often and always fits the bill. Highly recommended.
Usual diy place. I did spend 20mins looking for some mdf strip wood i saw online and couldn't find anyone to point me in the right direction. Everything else was ok.
This one employee helped us out sooooo much ! His name is BEN his really great , he told us what we needed and made our first ever shopping at B&Q perfect!
Been coming here for years for all my bits and bobs for my home. The staff are always more than happy to help... easy to find and plenty of places to park
I would like to thanks the Leeds Store as to the service and quality of staff I have seen. I spend thousands there and am always there
Always greeted with a smile, at the door, by staff. Lovely friendly bunch always willing to help. Bought a lovely pot for my plant
Poor selection and choice of materials, paint samples quite a few were empty. Staff standing around talking. Cashier was lovely.
Donated a lovely christmas tree for the children in paediatric diabetes st james ...a massive thankyou to you all x
DO NOT BUY VALSPAR PAINT. Instead go to Dulux Decorator Outlet at Kirkstall and they will match and Farrow
They did not have any threaded bar / screwed rod. Very dissapointing. Also a poor selection of tap washers.
Lovely interactions with staff members going beyond what is required to help out. Good displays.
Friendly staff, but no checkouts apart from the self serve variety.
