I walked to this laundry place 15 minutes ago because it was near me and had decent reviews. The lady took my bag to weigh it and I told her “please wait I want to count my clothes” and she immediately told me to leave, to “go back to your country” and I asked if she was serious and she said yes I cannot clean my clothes there because I “don’t believe her”. Pretty sure it’s totally common practice to count your clothes before turning them in somewhere. Other funny thing is that although I don’t consider myself Vietnamese I technically am half Vietnamese, I am actually a Vietnamese citizen and even speak the language quite well. This is definitely not normal behaviour for laundry places in Saigon. I understand this place has decent reviews but I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere after that interaction.

I needed my clothes as urgent and i paid extra for the services. I dropped them off around 5.30pm and the lady told me that i can pick it up at 8am next day. I didn’t check when I picked up but when i got home opened the bag my clothes are not dry probably and smells very bad!. I feel like to take it back to show her how bad her services were but that was my last day in VN. The lady weren’t nice to customer (the way she talk to me and her attitude). I have been using many laundry service in Vietnam during my holiday, especiallyh in SaiGon, but this place is unacceptable . Very poor service. Never go back again! I would lilke to recommend F5 Laudry not far from this place. The man very nice! Good service!

Dear Mme, i give you 1 star only... I came to Laundry75 for good reviews, but its not the case. I paid VND 50k for 1kg for : Washing Drying and Ironing Total VND 375k When i came to collect, you told me 200k and that you forgot to Iron.. You also mentioned "Clothes Beautiful, no need Iron" But, for us it needed to be ironed... You asked to come later, you will iron it as Payment was VND 375k and this is what we did... But unfortunately, once at Hotel unpacking the bags..... I dont know what you call ironing, but please,don"t fool your customers.. I really don"t recon Ironing there, and i got a lot of papers on oir stuffs....

We read good reviews about this place, and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent, clothes were folded, it was relatively inexpensive, and it was quick. A godsend after being in the humidity for a week! I should add, the woman who ran the place was incredibly friendly, and when I picked up my clothes, she had placed cash from my pockets into a separate bag. She obviously did not have to do this, and she could have just kept it. I would never have known. She didn't just give me another week's worth of fresh clothes, she restored my faith in humanity.

Extremely lovely lady. You can tell she works really hard to please her customers and has high integrity. When I arrived to pay for my load, I only had a 100,000VND note. My load costed 80,000VND and while I told her to keep the change, she absolutely refused to keep the change and went upstairs to find a 20,000 note (she didn't have it on hand at the time). Highly recommend her services as she also does same day laundry - perfect for tourists on a tight schedule and it's super cheap compared to the hotels who charge by the item! (Absolute rip off!)

Nếu mang vào buổi sáng thì được bảo là 4h30 chiều cùng ngày sẽ xong. Giá 80.000 đồng vì làm trong ngày nhưng vì tôi là người Nhật nên họ trả cho tôi 70.000 đồng. Tôi hài lòng với mùi thơm như nước xả vải và độ mềm mại của sản phẩm. Cảm ơn rất nhiều.

Found this place thru the positive reviews. It is located about 5 min walk from our hotel at Saigon Centre. Easy to locate, easy drop off and easy pick up. At drop off, the lady weighed my bag of clothes. It showed 5+ kg. She asked if there were any wet clothes since the bag didn’t seem to look like it should be 5kg. I told her there was one pair of swim trunks that was wet but that it was fine. She insisted to knock of some of the weight to make it fair. Highly recommend to others.

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. Sehr sehr nette Dame, die die Wäscherei betreibt. Obgleich Sonntag war, wurde uns trotzdem angeboten, dass sie es versucht unsere Wäsche innerhalb von 5 Stunden zu wachsen, da wir am nächsten Tag bereits geflogen sind. Letztlich sind wir dann doch erst am nächsten Tag auf dem Weg zum Flughafen dort angehalten und die Sachen war selbstredend fertig. Der Preis von 39.000 Dong war sehr fair für den gebotenen Service.

The woman who runs this place is not a happy person. She was super cranky when we came to drop off our clothes. We literally woke up and put clothes in a bag to take to a laundry service. We wanted to count the number of clothes we were giving. Because we wanted to count them she told us she wouldn't wash them. So we left. We've always counted our clothes so we can remember. Anyway we ended up dropping off at F5 laundry nearby and they were great.

einfach, schnell, normale Reinigung - soweit alles gut. Was jedoch nervig war, dass die Wäsche mit Korb gewogen wurde und dann ein höherer Preis als angeschlagen veranschlagt wurde. Als wir gefragt haben warum: weil die Reinigung innerhalb von einem Tag erfolgt und nicht in drei Tagen. Bei unserer kompletten Vietnamreise hat unsere Wäsche standardmäßig einen Tag benötigt - aber gut. Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht.

We used this sweet lady's service during our stay in Saigon and she was great! She charges 60K per 2 kilos which is the minimum weight. You can bring in less than 2 kilos, but will be charged for the full 2. We bought our clothes there around 11 AM and picked it up the following day at 4:30 pm, so service was quick and easy. I would recommend her services if you need laundry services during your stay in Saigon!

I called and asked for price (in vietnamese) before bringing my clothes for wash. She refused to tell on the phone thinking I can be another laundry business asking for price to compete. She asked me to bring clothes directly to see price. I didn’t like the ambiguity from this business given I stayed 25-min walk away. Reached out to another laundry service instead with much more transparency and convenience

Amazing experience! We took our laundry in at 12:30PM and needed it same day due to us leaving early in the morning. We picked up our laundry at 5PM and it was perfectly done- folded, ironed, everything. Looks and smells amazing. Highly recommend coming here plus the prices are very reasonable especially for the level of service. Would definitely come back again when we are in Saigon.

Châu is very friendly and no matter how much washing you have, it isn’t a problem for her. We dropped off just over 9kg of washing and it was done in about 24 hours. There is an option for express service but we didn’t need that. So glad we did it here. It only cost approximately 20 AUD! Everything was neatly folded and packed when we came to pick up our clothes. YOUR LAUNDRY HAS TO BE OVER 1.5KG TO BE ACCEPTED!! During my stay in Saigon used the laundry and both time was excellent. But do note that your laundry has to be over 1.5kg to be accepted. There's 2 service; one express which is slightly more expensive and the normal service. The clothes will come folded but its random folds just to fit it in the bag.

Located in an alleyway with birds. Nice lady who speaks English. Clothes were washed well, smells nice and soft. Ready for pickup next day (30,000 vnd per 1 kg). Was a bit far from our hotel (took Grab) but still worth it! They didn't seem to understand when I put my delicates in a laundry net, so maybe be more careful with those.

Very convenient laundry shop, close to the city center, therefore many tourists will come here for laundry service. The price is not expensive, it is priced per kilogram. One kilogram only costs 30,000VND. But at least 2 kg. The point is that there is a very good proprietress here, very kind. Will definitely come back again.

This place is great, located right next to highland coffee. Easily found and really great price if you need your clothes done same day. We desperately need to wash our clothes but the hotel was going to charge 50,000 per item. This place is 30,000-39,000 per kg. My clothes came back super clean and pressed.

Very good dry cleaning and laundry service. We had an entire bag of dry cleaning done and clothes washed. The lady is very organized having you check everything before you leave which I really appreciated. She also managed to remove two very tough red stains from white shorts/skirt. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

We had our laundry done here and the service was fantastic! We opted for same day service and they had 5.5kg done within 7 hours. Absolutely brilliant. Prices are great and the clothes came back smelling fresh and clean. Packaged perfectly so no creases. Lady at the counter was so friendly, made our day. Thank you again!!

We needed the day after as we are leaving and we paid top of price but when we got our clothes are not dry (humid) and not a pleasant smell. Cant take it back cause we are running out of time. I have been using many laudry service in Vietnam, especially in SaiGon, but can’t acceptable for this place. Very poor service.

Our hotel wanted to charge $45 USD for what cost $4 here. This place charges by the kilo, and the owner speaks English. Even with hiring a Grab both ways, this is way cheaper than the hotels. I highly recommend this business if you are in district 1. A lot of the hotels outsource to her service and mark it up 1000%.

Awesome laundry shop with affordable rate and very friendly shop owner. Convenient location. Went for the express service for 1.4 kg laundry and it's supposed to be VND 80,000 as its below 2kg,but she gave me some slight discount in the end on her own (don't count on it! I didn't expect it).

Great same day express service. Clothes was completely dry and not damp when received. The lady was exceptionally nice and didn’t try to upcharge or anything. Also express service was 39,000 per kg and 30k per kg. While some other lady on the street tried to charge us 4 dollars per kg.
