Last Thursday (21st March) I was having car trouble and decided to call RACV, them being no help my best friend and I (both newly 18) were stranded in an unfamiliar place, 12:30pm at night and over 60 kilometres away from home. The 3 security guards that were on close that night had seen how upset my friend and I were and they went above and beyond in helping us. They had waited with us until 3am so we weren’t alone, got us something to drink and charged my phone so I could contact my family. If those 3 men hadn’t been as generous and caring as they were, I don’t know what I would of done. Most people wouldnt of given their time to help but they had and because of this I’m so so incredibly grateful for all their help

Would rate it 0 stars but there's no option to do that - I came here straight after work at approximately 9.30 on a Wednesday night. The security guard refused to let me in "because there's a problem with the machines" then when I pointed out that I could very clearly see people playing inside he refused to open the door to even communicate with me. I have never been treated so disgustingly by any venue in my life!

Undiscovered gem for those who like their pokies. Never a wait here for a machine, excellent variety of oldies and new machines , two of which I haven’t seen before, the staff practically go out of their way to see that your visit was enjoyable, Ps good returns as well if you’ve mastered the walk when win technique.

they should win the worst management award . generally the staff is not friendly at all but one of them was so so rude "undercover owner required to go there urgently" After almost a year nothing changes "worth" !

Pokies joint with poor atmosphere and vibe, staff are doing their jobs. But place needs re-fit, outdated venue better to avoid, plenty of better options for a beer and a bet!
