Emil is a great guide. He toured us in so many significant places in Barcelona and with his organized and well planned logistics, we were able to see more than what is expected on an eight hour walking tour. Emil is well equipped with all the knowledge of the places, it's history and short stories related to the places made our sightseeing tour more interesting and alive! Truly a gentleman and concerned of our safety while on the road, metro and bus, he always reminded us to be careful of our bags and made sure that he kept an eye to pick pocketers roaming in the city to warn us. Emil also went out of his way to show us where we can go for Tapas dinner and even book for us an affordable Flamenco Show. As a Filipino ourselves, we were so amazed to learn and visit the places where our national hero, Jose P. Rizal, stayed or was whilst in Barcelona during those times. Anything that has to do with Philippines during the Spanish era in our country, e.g., the street named after Ferdinand Magellan, the old building of the Companía General de Tabacos de Filipinas, where Jose Rizal was detained, etc. etc. Emil toured us there and with a short anecdote, it was like going back to my younger years of Philippine History subject in school! T'was a lovely, enjoyable yet very informative sightseeing and we commend this guy Emil for a job well done! Thumbs up! The tour is definitely worth giving a five star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Muchas Gracías!

Emil provided a great walking tour throughout the major points of interest in Barcelona. Upon booking the tour, I only had a half day available and Emil was happy to accommodate. He made sure we hit all the important sites and spent just the right amount of time at each site to explain the historical significance and get good pictures. Emil is very knowledgeable about all aspects of culture, history, and modern developments of Barcelona. Super friendly and very personable. Emil is very knowledgeable host: always service with a smile despite of changes in schedule. He resolves any kind of disparity- like our airplane was so delayed and we have excursions pending one on top of the other, no worries, problem solved and we have fun. There were 3 families in our group of 8 and Emil handled it very well. He was even able to accommodate 3 extra people in our evening walking tour in Barcelona, Spain. For sure, Emil is on top of our list when needing a guide, friend, and somebody you can trust.

Our family and our family friends had a tour on May 13, 2018 in Barcelona and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I visited Barcelona last year with my 3 friends. We met our dynamic tour guide; Emil Maravillas. He was very nice and it seems he always have plan in advance. He provided us all our necessary information. Without him, we will not be able to visit the famous Sagrada Familia. For a day tour I would highly recommend this man. You ask it and he name it.
