I have had the pleasure of acquiring office furniture for our dental practice over the last 3 years and have recently purchased again. I did all my homework checking out the difference office supply stores and glad to not have to do it this time. The Brisbane guys are helpful when I crazily breeze in with my requests and of course Phil the owner is always there to help and everything is done so promptly.

Our school has been working closely with BFX over the past six months. We have always found the staff wonderful in assisting us to revolutionise our learning spaces. We have recently had a minor refurbishment of our school library. The BFX rep who looked after us was very efficient, courteous and prompt to answer any queries we had. We are very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend BFX. Another bonus is that BFX is an Australian company.

Worst experience ever!! Constantly following up quotes, no replies to queries, delivery was delayed (with notification given). It was always on us to follow up - it's a shame we had to use them. Andrew - you need some training in customer service 101!! Definitely would not recommend
