My car was requested to go to BHM Automotive through my warranty company. When there, the engine had to be replaced and was estimated to take 3-4 days. It was there for 2 weeks due to the wrong engine being put into my car and having to wait to order another engine. 2 months later, the engine light came on again and I had to take it back. Due to a mechanical error from the engine replacement, the engine wasn't working properly and needed to be fixed again. During this time, my windscreen was smashed when the mechanics forced open the bonnet to do works when it was jammed on something. There was a tape measure in between the window and the bonnet that was blocking the bonnet from being opened but instead of looking what was jamming it, it was forced open and the windscreen smashed. They did not tell me this over the phone when they said the car was ready to collect, but told me after I had already driven out an hour to pick up the car on my way to work. They did not offer to fix it or pay for it and I have been following up with them since to get this fixed. Unfortunately, now the only option is to leave a poor review.

I spotted BHM on a random drive through Moorabbin after hunting for a place to help service my Freelander & diagnose electrical issues I had been having for over a year. Other places had replaced units multiple times or quoted extortionate amounts just to diagnose and it remained unresolved. I dropped it off to Arthur and the team in the morning and after a quick update in the middle of the day, by 3.30 they had not only serviced it but fixed all the electrical faults (and there were a few)! It cost a hugely more reasonable price than what I had previously feared it would. I am eternally grateful for their efficiency, cheerfulness and ability to fix this nightmare problem. Can't recommend them enough and will be visiting them again in future for any and all serving/repairs! Thank you so much

We had a fantastic experience with Arthur and Ken getting our Ford Transit van serviced and RWC. They were super pleasant to deal with, communicated well throughout the process and also fixed a number of issues other mechanics or auto electrics hadn’t be able to! All work was completed in the time frame and price first quoted. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle here, especially if it’s a bigger sometimes troublesome one!

You cannot get a more honest, supportive and always willing to put the customer first bunch of boys who know their stuff! Problem solved first time EVERY time! Very long time customer and would not even dream about going anywhere else!! Reasonably priced, down to earth and no mucking around seeing as your mechanic is the 2nd most important man in one's life.
