The owner asked if I could bring my hair extension to wash it. I arrived 30 min before the time. Thereafter, the owner asked that I arrive after 2 hours so that he could treat the extension and wash it. 2 hours later of passing time, he says that he cannot help me and has no solution. Oh by the way, my extention has not been attended to. Ridiculous service and at the end of the day, poor communication. If you have an emergency, do not trust this place/venue to sort you out.

The staff is very kind and welcoming, I had a good experience with the pedicure, hotstone full body massage and manicure. They even asked me what type of music I would enjoy while I was being pampered, the place was clean and nicely decorated.

Service is excellent and the response time is very quick. The hair is good quality and very soft. Order gets delivered within 1 day and the staff is very friendly .
