I had the worst experience at this location. I went in to update my information, it was a simple last name change. I called BMO customer support first who advised me I needed to go into a physical branch to do this. I provided every single piece of ID and supporting documentation as instructed to do this. I went to my main bank, TD, and it was not a problem. In and out in 5 minutes. I went to BMO immediately after to do the same thing. It took 20+ minutes for them to figure out how to change my last name in the system. After providing all my supporting documentation I was told I have to speak with a financial advisor. Since when does updating your legal information require the skills and knowledge of a financial advisor? I agreed to wait as I was told it would not be long. I waited for 15 minutes and no one acknowledge or asked what I needed help with. Another person walked in and was seen right away. This is either discrimination due to appearance [I was dressed casually compared to other people who walked in] or it was gross negligence on this branch's part. How is it that changing my last name was less of a process with TD and with the Provincial and Federal Government than with Bank of Montreal? How can you keep your clients waiting and ignore them for a task that would have taken 5 minutes to complete? BMO has lost a customer for life. If you are thinking about switching to this branch, don't do it. Unless you want to to be extremely inconvenienced for doing the right thing. BMO is great when you want to give the money or borrow money from them. But the second you need their help, they could care less about helping their clients.

I’ve been a BMO customer for nearly 10 years, but their phone call services couldn’t be any more abysmal. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone to see if my UK currency is ready for my vacation as I am leaving this Saturday for the UK. I was told the process of getting Canadian dollars converted into British pounds would take a week to a week and a half, and I was going to get a call letting me know it’s ready for pickup. I have received neither of those things, and I’m stressed out as this is a time sensitive issue. I really want someone to call me to let me know if my UK currency is ready for pickup.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this branch and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The associate who assisted me, Lina, went above and beyond to ensure that all of my banking needs were met. Overall, my experience at this bank branch was exceptional and I have Lina to thank for that. She truly is an asset to the bank and I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for excellent customer service and personalized banking solutions.

Last week I went to deposit some cash money. To my extreme displeasure, none of the 3 ATMs were working. I approached the teller and gave him the cash. The 2 electric counting machines did not work. Then he started to count the money manually. From the way he was counting, it was clear that he was going to miscount. When I expressed my displeasure at the amount of time being wasted, the asst. manager was rude to me. Very disappointing experience at BMO branch in Meadowvale Town Centre.

I have been with BMO for 25 years and I have never had any problems with them but in the last couple of weeks I ha e been seeing a withdrawn from my account that I didn't give permission for. Yesterday a friend e transfer me a payment that she owed me and instead of going into my new account it when to the old one that was supposed to be closed over 2 weeks ago. The bank was to be open until 5pm yesterday but when I call the branch it went to voice-mail.

Still no response from BMO. We've been a Customer of BMO for over 25 years and recently been treated horribly but the lending 7 senior banker at the Meadowvale Town Centre Branch in Mississauga. Horrible Customer Service. No follow up's. Very disapointed with excuses after excuses. We will be changing financial institution. I would not recommend BMO and dealing with this group! I will refrain from naming any names on this review.

In response to a situation that was unfortunately managed poorly with one of my clients, I received a call from Nada, an assistant manager at the Meadowvale branch. My issue was all the way in BC, and not at all hers to deal with, but she helped resolve it anyway. This has relieved so much anxiety for my client. Very cool of them to address an issue that was really at another branch.

I had a very nice experience at the Meadowvale Town Centre BMO few days ago, the teller that served me was really helpful, knowledgeable and fast. She addressed my concerns in a professional way and resolved the issues in a timely manner, without me having to spend a lot of time at the branch. This was NADA at BMO Meadowvale TC branch. I have been banking with BMO for the past 2 years. It's always a positive experience when you speak to a banking officer over phone or meet them in person. I recently met Melani Rajhkumar at Medovale Town center branch. She has a pleasant personality and extremely tenuous and professional in managing client concerns and banking transactions. Kudos team.

We have been trying to get credit card for our business account more than 1 year now. Every time when we come, we fill the same form, and then nothing. No one contacts us. And it's happening again and again. First excuse was, that person who suppose to send first application on vacation. But nobody knows what happened with 3 other application.

There's a banker at this branch, Sanovia Adil, who is very helpful and polite. She managed to help me out in 10 minutes for what in other branches they said would take at least two hours. The other staff was polite and smiling as well. Recommended.

This branch is quite literally laughable. They are understaffed, the staff that they do have have poor attitudes and are not trained well to do basic tasks required of their roles ( especially the tellers). Do better.

Unfortunately they change tellers, is one specific lady who dosen't have any idea about education. When I ask to her to tranfer mone she always make faces. I try to avoid that branch a least I am on rush.
