Awful customer service. I had an appointment with Maria Angeles, who did not call me as she was supposed to, or accept my phone calls or emails when I tried to follow up. When I tried to get in touch with the bank branch, no-one responds. Very clearly the people at this institution do not care about their customers.
Joy was amazing! She was smart and very professional as she was the only one who solved my problems with online banking that for a week no one could figure it out. I admire her as she was very patient, polite and professional. Thanks to her and especially to this branch and the way that they treat people.
Very poor customer service. I set up my account here through physically going to the branch. Then I was not able to pay bills online. After making phone calls I realized the associate had forgotten to activate the account. Now after emailing and making multiple phone calls, I didn’t get any response.
I have been to many many branches over the years, and this is the number #1 BEST BMO location in Ontario for Customer Service. Although there is one teller who has been there for a long time I am not thrilled about, I just avoid them, and the other staff makes up for it!
