This is by far the worst branch I have ever had to deal with. You can never get a hold of anyone when you call the main line and I have never had any of my voice-mail messages returned. The only person there worth dealing with is Omar, he is very through and will always do his best to answer all of your questions and if he doesn't know the answers then he will find someone who can. My mother's estate was done at this location and as soon as Omar had to take a medical leave it was like we were just forgot about and when I finally was asked to go in and sign papers in JUNE when I got there no one knew what was going on even though the day prior I called to let them know I would be coming as I live out of town, anyways I managed to make it with 15 min left before close and the girl had no clue what I was talking about even though all the documents were supposed to be up front thank God she finally found them and I got them signed and didn't hear from anyone again. It wasn't until I went to deposit and cash an estate check that I was told by a different bmo branch that the accounts were still frozen and there was more paperwork to be signed. So I go to lyneood again and find out I had signed everything it just was never faxed in to their estate department. Thankfully Omar was back from his leave and he took care of it and explained what had happened to me and he is now doing what he can to fix everything but I phoned and emailed today looking for an update and contacted the people Omar had directed me to and guess what no reply to my emails and no one answering calls and at this point I can't be bothered to leave a voice-mail. Definitely would recommend taking your banking needs to a different branch.
I used to enjoy coming to this branch but the gentleman who always helped me no longer works here. This afternoon, I was first in line and there were two tellers. One teller finished with her customer and then left without acknowledging me or letting me know why she couldn't help me. The other teller finished with his customer and I was up next. Someone else came in the door and walked straight passed me to the teller. The teller didn't correct him and say that I was first. Instead, the teller proceeded to help that gentleman. I felt ignored and not valued based on certain assumptions about me based on age and race. You may not have intended that, but the fact that you didn't acknowledge or apologize, made me feel that way. Please treat everyone fairly and speak up if you have reasons for treating some people better than others. When it was my turn, the interaction was fine and friendly, but no explanation why the other gentleman was helped before me.
I had a very disappointing experience at this bank branch. Despite good communication, it's clear that they do not value small business owners who bank with them. This is particularly concerning, as small businesses are an essential part of the economy and require support from financial institutions to succeed. The branch manager, Jenin, was particularly unhelpful and did not seem to appreciate the value of regular business clients. Adding to the frustration, the bank had a temporary "teller" who was not customer-focused and did not seem to understand the unique needs of small business owners. Overall, I cannot recommend this bank branch to any small business owner looking for support from their financial institution.
We’ve been dealing with BMO for years now and have found all of your staff to be very up to date and helpful. With that being said there is one of your staff members that stands out. His name is Lukas Gibson and he is absolutely outstanding in your customer service. As we’ve had in the past couple months a few banking issues and he has taken time out of his day to make sure that things were straightened out and we were taken care of. He goes over and above and is willing to go the extra mile to make us feel totally taken care. We would like you to please recognize that he is an asset to your company and customers and in our opinion he should be in training for bank manager. Thanks again for everything.
One of the best branch i ever been, super friendly stuff and financial advisors. We had some situation have to deal with, and the other BMO branch's were not helping at all so we have to take our chance at the second closest branch here. The front lady help us out and the Personal Banker Hugh Zhang were absolutely helpful and professional. I certainly believe this branch should be awarded as the best BMO branch from all my banking experience, the stuff actually care about their client's situation and willing to resolve the banking problem for them. Thanks again Hugh and this will definitely be our future go to branch even we need to drive extra 15 mins!
I would like to offer Lucus ( Service Reprentative with the Lynnwood Branch) a high five for going well beyond my expectations as a long term BMO customer. This young fellow is the one of the brightest stars that I have encountered in the service industry in a long while. Always friendly, respectful and willing to go the extra mile to help a customer in any way that he can. Cudo's Lucus.. Keep up the good work!
Don't bother trying to use the "24 hour ATM" because they don't exist anymore.....at ANY branch!!! As the interest rate on your BMO credit card goes up and the service fees on you chequing accounts increase, the customer service drops off drastically!! Not cool BMO, not cool at all!!!
I’ve been trying for the passed 2 hours to try and connect with a customer care rep from this branch and they refuse to answer the phone. Very disappointing considering my situation is urgent and I need to speak to someone ASAP.
They don't pick up the phones during operating hours. Leaving people who are calling from abroad having to spend an arm and leg to trying to get ahold of them. You have a job to do and that's answering phones to help customers.
Worst wait of all branches. Morning Line up of customers, with wait time 20-30 minutes and one teller. Branch is full of workers and no one seems interested to help bring the wait down. Sign of poor management.
BMO has got to be the worst if the bunch. I'm on hold with them every month bc of their online service not working and constantly needing a new password. Choose wisely
WORST BRANCH EVER!! Just shut the whole place down as it is a useless bank, whoever is in charge of answering their phones needs to be fired immediately!
Only bank I've ever been to that has bar stools to sit at while doing your banking. Also I dig getting the gummy bears. Low rate unlimited transactions.
