Worst bank and customer service there. Lazy, don’t care employees. Stopped by today and ask cashier for the service every bank do and the teller said we don’t do that. I meant to them this is Bank’s of the West operations and transactions. Banker was in her boost bored because it was one hour before closing, she said no. Then I drove to branch on San Pedro and Menaul and banker there fixed all in less than 10 min. This branch should be closed and employees should not be rehired by other banks.

If you think going through the drive thru will save you time.. think again.. after 15 minutes of waiting for the single car ahead of me to be helped, another 20 minutes at the window for them to deposit my check with a small amount of cash back. Teller apologized because they had "a couple customers inside". This seems to be the norm for most of the bank of the west drive thru's in town. Just a heads up in advance going Inside is actually much faster with any of their banks.

Called this location for help regarding an issue with my account. Richard was very rude and extremely condescending. Unfortunately we were unable to have a two way conversation, he actively made a point to talk over me and did not allow me to ask any questions. This encounter left me incredibly frustrated. His behavior was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Would NOT recommend it to others. Other staff were great, but Richard alone would make me AVOID THIS LOCATION.

I've been a customer of this branch for many years. MOST of the tellers are pretty good, but there is still an odd one that won't give you your change back how you want it. I've tried Bank of Albuquerque, My Bank, and Wells Fargo, BOW better by orders of magnitude.

Richard is very hostile. Called this morning and was greeted with patronizing comments and no help. His attitude reflects poorly in the management at this branch and at BoW as a whole.

they're worse than that big bank that got in trouble, they want to open accounts but don't give the services they promise. there must be a sign up bonus for the manager

Literally the worst bank out there. Might as well dig a hole and place your assets there. Use this place as a last resort only.
