Absolutely phenomenal. Some of the best customer service I've ever received. I had tried to call a couple of other local locksmiths to come open a door. They had all quoted £100+ even £150 for the lock and the late night fee. Just before I'd accepted my fate I thought I'd give these guys a try. They quoted me a third of that price and said to be there in 10 mins. Sure enough they arrived promptly and within a few minutes was in. He then went above and beyond showing me how to change one of the simpler Yale locks rather than charging me for a new one and was just an absolute pleasure. Can not recommend highly enough! My absolute go to if I ever need a locksmith.

10/10 experience for my emergency late-night locksmith needs. + Fast (got to my flat in less than 20 minutes) + Available (responded to my messages near midnight) + Managed to open both locked bedroom and bathroom doors without damaging the existing locks. + Nick the engineer was extremely professional with a range of tools, efficient but also super friendly + Cost and transparency. Have been ripped off by other ‘emergency services’ before. These guys tell you the estimated cost up front and stick with it. Very very fair price. I called BMS Locksmiths today. It was very urgent as my key got stuck and I couldn't remove the key from the lock, open or lock my door. The engineer arrived within 30 min and provided excellent service. He was very pleasant, fast and knowledgeable. Got, my key stuck in lock today (Friday the 13th), I should not have gone out but yet I did. Finding Nick on line, and him coming to our rescue, that's me and my cat Toby. Nick was superb. Called after 11pm and he got to my building in no time at all. He worked his magic and ten minutes later we were inside the flat to put our frozen peas and Magnums in the freezer! Locksmith turned up at my apartment within 40 minutes of calling him and was able to change my locks within 10 minutes. Charged me a very reasonable price and did a very good job. I would highly recommend as there are many scammers out there.
