We recently were referred to the BOQ West End branch by Ben. He set up our initial appointment for us with Lionel. All of the staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. We made the decision to switch from our old bank where I had been a customer since 1986 due to poor customer service and poor advice. Through the BOQ West End we are now getting the service and advice we were worried had been lost forever. We have now not only refinanced our existing home loan but now have the investment property that we were hoping to get. Their staff made the transition very easy for us. Their advice was given in words that were customer friendly and directions were very easy to follow. What had previously turned into a nightmare dealing with our previous bank has turned into a beautiful reality for us. Their after settlement follow up care has also been amazing. We are so happy to have made the change. Thank You to all of the beautiful people who have helped us every step of the way on our journey. We are very grateful for all your down to earth, genuine advice and care you have shown to us.

I might rate 3 stars for the Bank's online functionalities. However, I would rate 5 stars for the staff Benjamin S-S. One of the example, as part of my application for a credit card, I sent the application twice to their email address and received an automated response confirming my email had been received. For 2 months no one contacted me, so I headed to the West End branch. Benjamin assisted me and called their support.

Michelle and Jeanette are super. I really like dealing with this branch. Sometimes the 'computer is down' but that's modernity for you, not the staffs fault. I also just met the new branch manager, Chauntel; A warm and generous nature. So, highly recommended!
