I had an awful birthday party experience at Bounce Blackburn. I've attended Bounce Parties several times, and from my observations and my friends' experiences, you don't need to do much – just enjoy the party, and the host will take care of basically everything, as stated on their website. So, I made the decision to have my daughter's birthday party here. The first part of the experience was good, but after we went to the party room, usually, the host would help serve food, keep an eye on the time, clean the tables, organize the singing of the birthday song, and even cut the cake. However, our host didn't do anything of the sort. He acted like a superior that time was running out, and I should start cutting the cake. It felt like I was the host and had to do all the work. I asked him if he could cut the cake, and he responded with, 'I'm not good at it, but if you really want me to,' and then he just stood there, looking at me. Honestly, can't Bounce hire someone who can cut a cake to be a host? I ended up doing all the host's work – organizing the singing of the birthday song and cutting and serving the cake. While I was doing my 'host' job, my younger child fell from a chair and was crying hysterically. In fact, the service they delivered fell far short of my expectations and their commitment. I definitely won't recommend this place.

It is with sadness I post this on Saturday 1st July it was my grandson 2nd birthday party at bounch attending Geelong bounce frequently with my two special needs grandkids age 4&5 and there centre being so inclusive of my grandkids and being very understanding and polite we looked forward to going to Blackburn bounce sadly we had very different experience my grandkids who are autistic and do not communicate jumped without me on the trampoline and I was staying close beside them we’re I was approached and told not to jump with my grand daughter who I was trying to keep from jumping on other peoples trampoline we’re I was told to get off when I tried to explain I was told they didn’t care get off the same with my grandson I cannot believe how badly non inclusive Blackburn bounce is we booked a party the host was young and had no idea what was going on we got into the party room late and we’re rushed out the cake we bought from Geelong was in perfect state when we gave it and broken when we opened the box I have never been more disappointed and sad for my grandkids who just wanted to jump like all the other kids although the parents bouncing we’re very understanding sadly I can’t say that of the staff rude and not understanding at all a very very bad experience

We came here for our son’s friend’s 8th birthday party. Was a 2 hour party package. Needless to say the kids all loved it! They can go on jumping forever ‍♀️‍♂️ The venue is clean. The party host was very friendly and engages with the kids very well. I think her name was Julia (not 100% sure). The kids food they serve for the party package is tasty (and decent) - mini pies, pizza and potato gems. For a place with so many kids, I think the centre is very well organised with the rotation of activities for different party groups. So it keeps each party group separate and gets to explore different activities. Convenient basement parking with direct access to centre.

My two boys (3 and 5) had a blast at Bounce yesterday! We went for the mid-week Playdates session for littler kids. There was a young woman who works there (with long dark hair in pigtails - sorry I didn't catch her name!) who was playing with the kids, chasing them around and letting them chase her. She has a great personality and really made the experience extra fun for my boys. The woman at the check in desk was super friendly and lovely, too. I noticed some improvements since the last time we visited a few months ago (fresh balls in the ball pit and a new soft climbing wall). It was just a top notch experience and we'll definitely be back soon. Thanks!

Had a booking for a kids party. First trampoline zone was essentially outdoors, it was freezing as it was only 10 degrees outside. Our host later guided us to other jumping areas. Host made a good effort to make sure kids were entertained. Our booking included lunch, which was extremely disorganised. 8 pizzas were ordered - none were prepared. Kitchen had to make them last minute. 4 were delivered 45mins late. Guests were still hungry. Then all the guests were asked to leave as they had another booking. By the time they had made the last pizzas (which were now just takeaway) most of the guests had left.

Enrolled my 2 year old in their mini-bounce program for term 1. The program finished and I did not re-enroll. However, they automatically re-enrolled him for term 2 and I was not aware until I saw a credit card statement. Not realising he was enrolled, I did not take him for the term 2 program. Eventually speaking to the manager, they explained it was policy to automatically re-enrol. They would not refund the money - they did offer 'credits'. Be aware if you enrol in a program, that it automatically re-enrols until you actively cancel the enrolment.

The kids attending my son's friend's birthday party had a fun time bouncing away, and they catered well with private party rooms and nice wood fired pizza. They also did well to accommodate the large number of partygoers (not counting our own group) and individual trampoline lovers. My only critique would be their limited underground parking - they need to somehow mark out when it's full, as to save the traffic jams of vehicles trying to exit (once they discovered no more spots) and others entering to repeat the cycle of disappointment.

I had my daughter’s birthday there two days ago with almost 40 kids ! “Best decision I made regarding the venue!!no doubt!” Very friendly and organised staff. Caring and supportive. Good communications with parents and lovely leadership and friendship for kids. Safe environment. Nice, neat and organised rooms. Well managed timing. Can’t comment more on how great and amazing the staff were as well as the venue.

We had our daughter’s 11th birthday at Bounce Blackburn this morning. We had Amali hosting, who was absolutely amazing. She was fun, attentive and inclusive. The girls all had an amazing time and she communicated well with us parents to keep us in the loop and be clear about every step. The facilities were amazing, and the food was very substantial on the party plan. All hot food came out very hot. Everything was timed perfectly and all had a great time. Thank you Bounce. Highly recommend.

A great activity for kids. Lots to do for both my Grandchildren (10 and3). I often bounce with them but the 4 pm Saturday session was booked out. We found it a bit too hectic in the general area - some children were not sticking to the rules and that was hard for the staff. We are frequent Bouncers and have tried Essendon, Blackburn and Glen Iris. Each has its own special feature. All great.

It was great value and definitely can see us having more parties in the future! Booked a 2h session at your outlet today (11 Jan 2023). It was great for the first 30mins. Then a HUGE group of kids arrived! There were probably 50 or more kids from a single organisation. Your venue simply is not designed for such a large group. Yet when I made the booking yesterday, the booking system showed good availability. Now long queues are forming to enter each zone. The waiting time we have to experience now is not worth the price of the session.

Excellent staff! We attend weekly, Very loud but that's to be expected. They have separate area for small kids including a ball pit and interactive screen for kids to throw balls at. For older kids and adults there is dodge ball, basketball hoops, wall running/ climbing, many trampolines a foam pit overall all an enjoyable place for all ages. However Cafe is quite overpriced and public holidays, weekends and school holidays you should book in advance

Had a birthday party in blackburn bounce. Play part was ok. In party room everything was rushed and messed.Nothing went nicely. We ordered 4 pizza . The party host asked to the quests if anyone wants pizza someone said no and within seconds bang bang all the 3 pizzas into the bin. They give the room for 30 mins including set up and clean up, so everything goes into the bin. This place is ok for play but from my experience they cannot host a party.

Took my 3yo daughter here to go to the mini bouncer section and she loved it! The area is basically an indoor play centre with some small trampolines to the side. Area is large and has the normal things like ball pit, slides, climbing frames etc. There isn't all that much space to sit as people tend to linger even if their session is up but there is space to sit downstairs next to the trampolines. Place gets busy so would recommend going early.

Excellent place to spend the day, for kids as well as adult who are looking to get some movement in. If not, the lovely area for parents and adults is pretty nice to chill and get some work done while your little ones break a sweat. Wonderful staff, polite and they really look after the kids. Props to Grace at cliff jump who made the experience even better!

I’ve taken my grandchildren to a couple of Bounce sites, but find Bounce Blackburn to be the best venue, particularly because of their staff. We take our 4 year old granddaughter on Fridays, which are somewhat quieter. Without fault, the staff are pleasant, positive, encouraging and actively involved with supervision, encouraging and supporting children, aware of differing needs, alert to caring for all participants and sharing new skills.

My child is only 17months old and I wasn’t allowed to be close to her to protect her on the trampoline. Other children came over and jumped on the same trampoline and my daughter was uncomfortable with it given her age. She was struggling and just sitting in the middle of the trampoline, I was told I am not allowed to step foot on it which is ridiculous. You do realise she is only 17months old so she needs to be closely supervised?!

Went here for a kids birthday party and it was a great experience. The young man Jarrod who looked after our group was delightful, such a helpful and friendly attitude. The kids really responded well to him. The facilities are clean and inviting. There is a cafe to buy food and drink and a seating area that parents can hang out in whilst their children play. We will be back.

My daughter had her 5th Birthday party at bounce and it was FANTASTIC! It was well organised, the staff were welcoming, helpful and very friendly. My daughter and her friends had the best time and could not stop talking about how much fun they had. As a parent it was the most relaxing birthday part, as it was all done for me so I could sit back and chat to my friends. We look forward to going back to bounce on a regular occurrence.

My 3 daughters always have an excellent experience at Bounce in Blackburn. I have had 2 birthday parties for my daughters at Bounce Blackburn in the last 3 years and we have also booked for general sessions as well. The staff are always very polite, professional and are always very happy. You must have great staff morale which is brilliant. One of my favourite places to visit with my girls. Keep up the great work!

My daughter loves coming here. And I can't wait to take my smallest daughter here when she's old enough. The price is quite good. Waiting time for your pre paid tickets takes a while. But apart from that a really good place to take the kids. There are healthy snacks and drinks available too which is always a good idea.

My daughter and her friends had awesome time at Bounce celebrating her 12th Birthday. And she had little Accident hurt her ankle and Josh one of lovely staff bring ice pack and make her feel better. Even though so busy with many people was there that time the Staff delivered best care and best customer service. My Husband said they choose the Best Staff to work for. Keep it the good work guys! We were invited here for a birthday. The staff seemed overwhelmed and there was a wait to get the kids started, but once they got going they were kept together well and all had a great time. One of the kids was injured, but staff were quick to deal with it and bring it to the parent's attention, gave the girl ice cream and a free bounce pass for next time. She may have been sore, but she left happy.

Jo provided an amazing customer service, helped us and made it easy for us to book and enter smoothly despite we arrived just few minutes before our session start time. Thanks Jo! and thanks Bounce Blackburn on the time my children enjoyed in the facility. All went good with good organising and supervision.

We had a great experience having my son's 9th birthday party here. It was so smooth and organised. The staff were on the ball and super friendly. I was particularly impressed by our party host, Connor. He was great with the kids and helped me pump out the cake slices at the end. This is the least exhausted I’ve felt at the end of a kids party. For that alone, it was worth every cent.

The staff were friendly and fantastic with my 3 year old. They took time to engage her, explained things really well. Staff at the front counter were helpful. Staff did well in coming back to us as the parents after the class and giving feedback on our kids and information about ongoing classes. Kids had a great time!

We spent a fabulous 2 hours at the Blackburn North venue on NYE. The staff are excellent! very helpful and understanding as it was our first time. One young man in particular was so good with our grandchildren, we have a very shy 3 year old and (to our amazement) he coaxed her into doing what her brothers were doing. The kids loved it.....and him! Will definitely visit again.

Gerald, the guy who hosted my daughter's birthday party, was absolutely wonderful. He interacted with the kids in a playful and kind manner, maintaining his pleasant attitude from beginning to end. Thank you so much to him, the birthday party turned out to be absolutely perfect!

My four grandchildren did not stop smiling and laughing the whole time they there. They enjoyed all the different activities. My visually impaired grandson was safe and secure and gave everything a go. Staff were all very pleasant and efficient both in reception and on the floor. I was impressed by the organisation on the floor. It ran really smoothly. We will be back.

Overall my son had a great experience bouncing everywhere. There were plenty of staff monitoring the kids on the floor, I had a good coffee while waiting, and was able to see him from the seating available on the first floor. Well catered kitchen, and the shop was stocked with plenty of kids goodies and even 4 flavours' slushy machines! We will be back Thanks!

If you're a parent and you need to burn your toddlers out for a reasonable price, then this joint is for you, lol. Love coming here for play dates, 2 hours $13 enough said. There's a ball pit. Everything is padded. Kids can go jumping around whilst we have a coffee and chat with our friends about life. Basking in our brief moment off uninterrupted quiet ;)

Wonderful place for kids to spend time. This is very spacious with lots of options for kids to play around. The staff were very friendly with one staff in particular were guiding my son and his friends on how to jump into the cushions as they were hesitant. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was a perfect time. I would definitely recommend this place.

We've attended both as general entry and party guests- great place for the kids to burn off some excess energy through the cooler months! Highly recommend the few extra dollars for the two hour sessions, which you can book online. Deducted a star because the food and drink can take a crazy long time- 35 minutes for one coffee last time we were there.

The mini bounce section was perfect for our 2 year old. He had so much fun exploring the playground and bouncing on the trampolines. Session times meant it wasn't over packed and there was plenty of room for all kids. We had a great time and can't wait to come back

Great time jumping around. The only thing my teenagers said that was negative was some little kids kept jumping across them & wouldn't move from the area. They moved to different areas & the little kids followed & were annoying. Booked online & got wrist bands easily but we were there early for our session. The line got busy closer to the time.

Not too crowded. Vigilant staff who interact with the kids and show them some tricks on the tramps while keeping things safe. Dedicated party rooms. Adults can join in too without being out of place. There are a few places parents can work from and still have clear view of the kids if you're looking to occupy them during school holidays.

We just had a Birthday party at Bounce Blackburn for our 8 year old daughter. Before we even got there is was all organised and paid for. There was no cleaning either, we didn't have to worry about anything. All the staff were also very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend them to family or friends for their next party.

Our party was a group of ten 20-something year old girls running amok and we had the pleasure of being looked after by Connor who kept up with our antics and was very personable. I took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday 29/11 and I must say, the staff are the best around. Everyone was so helpful. We never had to wait for service, everyone greets you with a smile and the kitchen staff were so accomodating. It’s clear the team here have a great rapport and enjoy their job. Thanks all.

The staff this morning were really interacting with the little ones. In particular- playing tag, dodge ball etc. we’ve been on a Wednesday play date before at this time, but today the staff were exceptional. Very impressed with them. A big thank you to playing with my little one and tiring him out. He had a ball.

A good place for kids to move their bodies. It’s essentially a large area with multiple types of trampolines. The tickets are usually for 1 hour (2hr is also available) and kids get a thorough workout during the 1hr. The place is clean, has a small restaurant, party rooms and an basement parking.

This place was great! Arrived at 9am and had the place to ourselves for the first 30 mins. The two male workers who were keeping an eye on the tramps/kids were sooo lovely. They interacted with my 1.5yr old son showing him flips and cool bounces which blew my son’s head. Will definitely come back

Wonderful staff, kept venue clean and organized, pleasant and friendly to kids and adults alike. Pizzas were as good as homemade wood fired and the staff doing tricks while the kids looked on was a highlight. We live way out of area but would definitely travel there again for the experience.

Handled a dozen ten year olds very well. All the other parents obviously confident to leave their kids with you. Activities well managed. Kept the kids well entertained. Party in the room went well. Food enjoyed by all. Ice cream birthday cake very nice. All up. A very positive experience.

Large and many areas for the little ones (for a play date during a weekday) The place was clean (except from the parking to the first level) and the staff really amazing! Specially Leo - such a good fun with the kids!! Amazing !! I will be back! The playground area seems to be new-ish.

I had my daughter’s party today in the afternoon. The host we had was amazing. She was able to engage the whole group so well although they were all different aged group boys and girls. She was very efficient with serving food, cutting the cake and everything ran on time. Thank you.

We had a great day at Bounce yesterday, so much fun for the kids. The facilities are great especially having the separate areas for toddler too so caters for all ages. The staff are so friendly and the guys on yesterday were so good with the kids and made it so much fun for them

Good as far as bounce centres go, the location is not where you would think Blackburn is, and parking is limited. Consider drop-off situations and street parking. Patience is key as session time crossover can be hectic. As always keep in mind that lots of little kids are around

I had a great experience with my son over the years coming here for birthday parties and friend meet-ups. Today he started his first Bounce Flight Academy class where the instructors were very helpful, patience and professional. I highly recommend Blackburn Bounce all around!

Took my 12 and 10 year old kids once again to Blackburn Bounce, this place never disappoints my kids. They have a lot of fun for 1 hour, while l watch them with a nice Latte. Down stairs now has extra tables and chairs, so you can have your coffee there. Kristian.

William the host was so fabulous for our daughters birthday! He engaged so well with the kids and kept them entertained, along with being very attentive when serving the food and cake. Even lining the kids shoes up neatly was a nice little touch.

The staff were exceptional. They were interactive and helpful. They played with my four year old and provided the courage she needed to jump off the high jump into the pillows. Cannot rate the staff high enough !

I recently visited Bounceinc Blackburn, and the kids and I loved it! As an adventure seeker and a fan of all things active, the kids & I were eager to try out their trampoline park, and it did not disappoint.

Not too busy, boy's had plenty of time to go on whatever they wanted to without having to wait, staff were very accommodating as voucher we purchased before Covid19 lock down had expired but it was honoured,

Friendly staff, clean and tidy heaps for the kids to do and they loved it. Fun for the adults to have a bounce as well.

We had our 5yr olds kids party here, and the kids were occupied by Freddie our bounce host the whole time. This made the event so much fun for all the kids! Great kids party venue, highly recommended!!

My Daughter had her 9th Birthday at Bounce and it was amazing . The best thing was that I can rest and not worried about entertaining & feeding and the host was amazing & helpful. Highly recommended:)

My grandchildren love this place while enjoying healthy fun. Bounce is well run with friendly helpful stall. Drinks,food and snacks are available and I can enjoy a coffee from the waiting/dining area.

Came here for the first time today with my two toddlers. Alia was the staff member on the floor and she was so friendly and engaging with all the kids. Will definitely make this a regular play spot!
