Geraldine and the team did not disappoint! Wow, wow, wow! I wanted my ceremony bouquets to have a simplistic look. We had white flowers and lots of greenery. I was not expecting the amount of flowers we received in each bouquet. The flowers paired with the greenery and eucalyptus were absolutely stunning and they certainly made a statement. We received so many compliments from our guests and the venue staff. For our reception we had a much different vibe and wanted the tables littered with bright colourful wild flowers. Geraldine and the team understood the assignment and went above and beyond to create the most eye catching combination of flowers. Each table was littered with different coloured flowers in different shapes and sizes each bunch contained in a beautiful glass jar. The compliments we received were incredible and the fun the flowers brought to the room will not be forgotten. Our guests even enjoyed taking home bunches of flowers at the end of the night. I am still enjoying our venue flowers from the weekend as they continue to brighten up my home. If you’re looking for a team to meet the brief and exceed your expectations, please look no further. Geraldine and the team at Bouquet Boutique did the most amazing job for our wedding. They did all the bouquets and buttonholes, ceremony (church) flowers and reception flowers. From the very first meeting with Geraldine it felt like we would be leaving things in good hands, and the quote she sent us was clear and detailed, but we still had the flexibility to change things. The delivery prices were extremely reasonable, so it was good value, with the bulk of the expense actually being spent on the flowers. This was evident on the day: the bouquets and arrangements were brimming with flowers, and included a wide range of different, high quality blooms and colours. The team completely surpassed our expectations, and we received a lot of compliments about how beautiful the flowers were. They lasted well into the following week, too. We couldn't have been happier or more grateful, and can't recommend Bouquet Boutique enough.

Best customer service I’ve experienced from any business in a long time and great quality flowers. I had placed an order to pick up some roses for my mother’s birthday but had a hectic day and was unable to collect them during the pickup window or even arrive before they closed for the day. The florist actually contacted me while I was driving, stuck in traffic and trying to find their phone number myself to see what my options may be (everything had already been paid for in advance). The kind lady on the phone who I unfortunately don’t have a name for (they identified themselves using their business name) was able to create a solution for me to still collect the flowers securely after hours! It’s a shame I can’t thank this person by name but I’m extremely grateful. I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist.

We booked Geraldine and the team at Bouquet Boutique to arrange and install flowers for our wedding arbour and we were so happy with the result! They understood and delivered upon our description of what we were imagining and surpassed all our expectations. Wow… I ordered and changed my mind a few times leading up to my wedding and they were so accommodating and understanding during the creative process. Bouquet Boutique were very responsive and gave me the most affordable quote. On the day the flowers were delivered to my venue very promptly and I was in absolute awe of them! They were stunning and all my guests commented on how beautiful the arrangements were. My bouquet finished my overall look and wasn’t too heavy to hold all day. All the flowers held up well during the heat too. Will be recommending to all future friends and family getting married in Brisbane. Thanks again for my lovely florals!

This company did the flowers for our wedding in November 2018. The flowers were lovely 5 out of 5. The flower insallation above the table was average 2.5 out of 5. The main problems we encountered related to communication. Phone calls not returned etc, and miscommunication between Geraldine and staff left us with problems to solve in the week leading up to our wedding. If you can deal with following everything up yourself, then go ahead. If you are looking for someone to take the initiative with communication, this might not be the company for you.

We have using them for both Corporate and Personal bouquet's for the last 6 years and have loved every bunch. Their creativity and passion is only matched by their professionalism. A fantastic local business in the heart of New Farm, well worth a visit. Do something nice for someone you care about and get them an amazing bunch of flowers to brighten up their day, they will love you for it :)

I would give 0/5 if I could. Paid a lot of money for a customised look at my wedding reception and received NOTHING LIKE what was agreed - see photo attached to this review. We had a meeting with Geraldine and discussed exactly what we wanted which she agreed to no problems. I even gave her photos in person and via email to be doubly sure she would get it right. So utterly disappointed and what makes it worse is that she won't accept responsibility or even consider a partial refund.

Geraldine and her team were our florist of choice at our corporate event in April 2021 utilising 3 separate venues at the same time with various logistics required. We were very happy both with the organisation, creative input and the flowers themselves. Our flowers were Australian natives and desert/arid themed and they were just gorgeous and beautifully presented. Thanks to all of the team, and we will be using Bouquet Boutique again in the future for our corporate events.

This florist is amazing. My daughter in Sydney arranged for them to send me a Mother's Day arrangement of flowers. It is a wonderful pink and white arrangement of the most beatifully perfumed flowers. They give me so much joy. Geraldine and her team have provided excllent service and product once again. Fantastic floral design. Geraldine nailed my abstract brief where I wanted colour & texture to shine through inspiration derived from art. Definitely a wow piece for an opening night event at Brisbane Powerhouse where even a week later it still looks fresh and people want to touch it when they visit as they can’t believe they’re real flowers!

This has always been my go-to florist, even when I didn't live close. They're in New Farm but aren't outrageously expensive like pompous florists tend to get. I sent this company an email about 9 days ago and I'm still waiting for a response. I'm only going to be in Brisbane for a few days to organise things for my wedding. Unfortunately, I cannot change supplier because my wedding venue uses these people. What a nightmare?!

Send Flowers instead of Hugs!! Geraldine conjures up exquisite flowers that literally are a hug for the eyes. During this tough as nails time of social distancing, nothing says I care like flowers and candles for the home-bound among us.

Communication could not be made more difficult if they tried. Always following up and rarely having calls returned. Did not receive what was ordered. The arrogance is breathtaking! From experience, there are far better options around.
