Terrible experience. I went with two others and we had manicures and pedicures. The pedicures were great, and the others got great manicures. I had the rudest staff member doing my manicure and would not do what she said she would do. She was rough, and not careful at all. When the owner came and asked if I liked my nails, I told him that they were not at all what I had asked for. The lady who did them started screaming (so loudly that my son started crying because he was scared). The owner gave me a coupon for my next visit but the experience with the one staff member was so bad that I will not be returning. And the other two that were with me will also not be returning because of one bad staff member. I would have much rather the owner discounted the terrible manicure that I received instead of assuming that I would continue to give them my business after her unprofessional behaviour. It's too bad, because the rest of the staff were so sweet and did a great job.

I've been going to this salon for along time and go every pay day. Well, I split a nail (mine are long and natural) so I call this morning too book an appointment too get it fixed. First off the owner was trying to convince me too wait until I came in again, I said no. If I would've waited it would've completely ripped off. Ok, so he says too come for 5:45 so I do. I then get rushed into a chair and then he made me wait for about 30 minutes with my nail wrapped in foil and nail polish remover. Finally, after asking another technician if my finger and nail where supposed to be burning she calls him over. He scoffs and tells someone else to come finish my nail. My nail looks absolutely HORRIBLE and is throbbing. She put way too much gel on it and didn't even take the time too shape it like my others. After being a faithful customer, I will no longer go back and no longer reccomend this place. It's gone down hill, sad.

If I could rate BP Nails -1 I would ! Save your money . Terriable customer service I got Gel nails done and half of them fell off within a week . When I left they were bumpy and looked very unprofessional, when I told them that I was not happy , the owner did not care and was very Rude and unprofessional. I went to another salon close to polo park , they took the remaining gel nails off , they asked me where I got the gel nails done , I said BP nails and they told me the people running BP nails have No training and are not licenced aestheticians & did not go to school for training. They just opened up a salon . After hearing that it made sense as to why my nails looked horriable .. Please Don't waste your money on this place !!! They do not care about customer service And repeat business , they just want your $$$.

My experience was disgusting. I had two employees working on me at the same time. Neither of them knew what the H... they where doing. I came home with hang nails, big toes not done properly, which I tried to clean better that evening. Still my toes hurt. My manicure looked like I had purple cuticles. They never coloured them properly or completely covered the edges. I called the owner approximately five days later to have him look at this. All he tried to do is humiliate me in front of his customers. I immediately left and I hope his clients got a bit of understanding. You should not allow unknowable immigrants who do not even know how to cut nails nor know how to say hello in English. They need far more than just being sponsored.

I'm pretty disappointed with my pedicure I received today. The facility was clean and welcoming, also the woman who did my pedicure was polite and professional. But I was disappointed with how little of the stone massage I got (probably less than 1 minute long). My friend told me she would get a long time with the stones, so that was a bit of a let down. But that's not the biggest deal. My big toe nail polish has already come off quite drastically and I just got my pedicure done 4 hours ago. This location is on the other end of the city from me and we only visited to have the hot stones. It is upsetting, but I guess not much that can be done. I'm getting married in 2 days and I don't have the necessary polish to fix it myself.

DO NOT GO. I only gave one star in order to do the written review but the reality is the review should be negative. I am absolutely fuming with the service and uneducated people working there. I walked in for a full set with a fill on three nails. I sit down and she pried off my existing acrylics causing major nail damage and then cutting my 6 weeks of growth off. There was no reason for her to remove the nail in the first place. But even if you do have to remove it, you are supposed to file down the acrylic without causing damage and then soak off. NEVER are you suppose to pry off the nail causing damage.

if you want acrylic nails done, dont go here. everytime i come here to get my nails done, the staff are very rude and pushy. they make the nails so thin they fall off within 2 days of having them on, never put them close enough to the cuticles so it looks like they’re 2 weeks grown out but its only been 4 days. the shape is never accurate, i ask for coffin and they’re just rectangle and bumpy. when you say you’re not happy the staff is very rude and makes you feel like its you’re fault that they cant do their job. save your money and go somewhere that actually knows how to do nails.

The man there put my seat forward, after I had just moved it further back. There wasn't even any water in the pedicure basin yet. I said I have pain, but he kept moving it forward. I am 5'9 and need leg space, and they did not even have anyone working on me yet. I suffer many chronic pain issues. You think I could put the chair where I was comfortable until they were ready at bare minimum. Actual pedicure was nice. I gave a nice tip because the work was good, but I will not return to a place that can not understand that I said it caused pain to sit where he wanted me

3 of the 4 times I've been there, I've had premature chipping- both mani & pedi. Assorted reasons... not removing previous polish well, not painting right to the sides of nails, not washing lotion off well, & not painting to the ends/tips of the nails. They did repaint the nails (not toenails) the last time, but I received blame, chastise & no admission of fault. (A mani & pedi should not peel off in large chunks... not adhering to the nail at all, within 24 hours- despite them not being shellac).

I have been going to BP nails for the last year and a half ...Joe and his staff are awesome!! Their nail salon is clean and the staff are professional and take pride in their work ....they do an excellent job!! Quite a variety of colour choices and always fresh! Prices are very reasonable! Ten of us had our nails done last year for my daughter's wedding ....it was amazing! I would highly recommend BP Nails ...you will love them!!

Was fast and they did a great job! They were super busy since it was a long weekend but still fit us in. The man who answered the phone was pretty rude about not having room for us to get our hands done too. That’s why I took a star off. My little girl received her first ever pedicure in their princess chair which is just a mini version of our chairs that’s hello kitty themed. Made my kid really happy!!

My sister and I went here for pedis and it was our first time ever going and this salon went above and beyond !!! The experience was so amazing and the owners and everyone working there was so professional, polite and welcoming. They even threw in a free hand design for my sister since her wedding is soon~ super super sweet! Highly recommend and will be going back and recommending others to go here!

I have never had a bad experience here. The ventilation is great, it never smells. Staff are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. You are able to earn points towards free services. They are also open ON SUNDAY even though the website is wrong. The owner is struggling with Google to fix this on the website. They have the cutest little chair for young ones to enjoy some pampering too!

Ladies go elsewhere. Service, staff and quality is very poor. Rushed service, tried to get our small group out as soon as possible. Staff yelled and argued with me when I started putting on my shoes - I paid extra for shellac - which I kept telling them, shellac does not smudge, calm yourselves. Got an infection from unclean tools, that was a first. Just never go here.

A little disappointed most recently. I was the only one in the salon and the young woman doing my pedicure raced through it in 26 minutes as if there was a huge line up waiting to get their toes done. Not much of a leg massage, a couple of fast rubs with the hot stones up and down the legs and that was it. Thank goodness the nail polish was done well but that's all.

Got a pedicure for the first time and my fiancé told me to come to BP Nails. Wow what an amazing environment. Friendly staff. Relaxing. Affordable. I highly recommend everyone come here for a nice relaxing pedicure or manicure. Worth every single penny and when I come back to the city I will be coming here again. Thank you for the great service.

Absolutely horrible service, I paid $60 to have my nails break the next day. I went to get them fixed, and all workers were extremely rude to me. The manager or owner of the store was especially rude whom was trying to start arguing with me across the room. I don't recommend going here, services and customer service is not good.

Just stopped in for a quick pedicure, everyone was so kind and polite. Everything was very clean and it was probably the best pedicure I've ever gotten. They use a hot stone on your legs and feet, it was incredible and for the price I was astonished. HIGHLY reccommend and I will be coming back from now on

Absolutely love this place, super kind staff and great work, very detailed. I just went in there to fix a chipped nail and got it done right away and wasn't even charged for the repair! Which was my fault. Definitely going to keep coming here

Super clean. Staff know what they are doing. If you have a hangnail or heel crack, just let the staff know and they treat it carefully. Never had any issues with natural nail manicure/ pedicure or gel nails.

mani and pedi done at the same time. Never asked how I like the shape of my nails, they just started to make them pointy (which I hate)! Place was empty, but they rushed us out so fast. We won't be back!
