My husband's car broke down due to a flat battery and wouldn't start again. The attendants and one of the car wash gentleman were so helpful and friendly. I am not 100% certain but I think the attendant who assisted me was Maxwell. Its hard to come by helpful and friendly people nowadays, the experience was so refreshing. Thanks you.

I went to bp grayston to fill up fuel and put pressure on my tyre , only to realize that the person who was assisting me reduce pressure on tires , I asked for 220 air and he reduced it to 130 . I went to another garage to find out all about this , my tired didn’t have any slow punch or nails on them.

Asked for 93 Unleaded the attendant poors 95. This is the second time it happens with the same attendant. I wonder how many more drivers experience this same bad service. This guy even undermines costomers based in they colors. 1 Star service is a favor from me. I'm out of here....

Always enjoy great service at this service station. Want to commend Russell especially - he is welcoming, explains the store specials and is thorough, not waiting to be asked what he needs to do, but takes the initiative to offer to do all the checks, while fueling up.

I have received good treatment from this service station I'm not sure ....now at 11h25 ...Sunday stayed at the pump ....and another guy came after me was helped on asking was told it's not a problem we are now helping me .....sorry guys not going to stop here anymore

Most motorists were caught up in storm and hail this afternoon and like myself, many took to cover by BP. I applaud the petrol attendants for accommodating us, looking for space and trying to make sure that everyone is covered. Ubuntu service! Well done!

Great location for the fuel station and its coupled with a convenience store that has all your basic needs from toiletries to food and beverages. Further, it is open 24/7 thus allowing for that midnight run to grab a ready made pie or cup of coffee.

Good service station, staff always friendly and efficient, but they do need to look at more credit card machines that function, last time we were their only one machine worked so waited quite a while to pay becomes quite irratating after a while

Very bad service from a guy buy the name of Hector, we had to wait inline for petrol for 10 minutes just because he was helping a lady who was asking for directions. He had to find parking for the lady then continued ignoring us.

This filling Station has dropped the standard of service I was here on the 28th May 2022 and a Range Rover pulled after me on the nearby pump and the guys were standing there and left me for a better vehicle pathetic 14h57

The service was really good and the petrol attendants are friendly. The guy who was helping me even gave me sweets afterwards which is different. You can also get Pick n Pay Smart Shopper points when you refill.

I always get great service from this station though yesterday, they topped it off!! Attendant was Russell (with his awesome voice lol!) and the free popcorn was a nice touch! Keep up the GREAT work!

The best garage I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is always a promotion running and on several occasions have received free snacks and sweets.

Like this place as it has mostly what you need for the road, Petrol, Food and drinks in the convenient store, there is KFC right there and FNB & STD Bank ATM's.

Never any parking. Shop is overcrowded. Cashiers are slow. No queuing system visible for customers. Not managed well. Attendants are friendly.

This is for the wild bean inside the store. Worst possible quality of coffee and food. Really.... Unless you are desperate just stay away.
