The worst petrol station in the area. It is in my everyday way and I do my best to avoid it. Unfortunately I have to stop there sometimes. I had my 3rd bad experience in a year today. First time it was about their happy wash, second time shopping from shelf and today the petrol. The pump I used was not connected to the counter, their eftpos was not working without any note on the pump. I had to cash out from the ATM they had and pay extra. I asked them to wave the exact charge but they simply said NO. It was their problem but they don't care. I will not go there again

Just tried to pump some petrol here. Had my 6 year-old son and 1-year-old daughter with me. My son was "helping" me with the pump (ie, he is not strong enough to pull the trigger, so was just going through the motions). I spent several minutes (with my two kids getting impatient) trying to pump, before giving up. I went in and the smug guy at the counter, obviously enjoying his power trip, told me you had to be over 16 to pump. Will be taking my business to the new Mobil down the road in future.

Very very slow staff. In the subway area too, extremely slow staff who seem to prioritise chatting among themselves over servicing customers. Been here a few times and notice that often one of the 2 or 3 staff members at the subway are doing their own thing at the cash register while the line gets longer. Barely any basic courtesy too.

Car wash review only. Hoses are too long so they catch on your vehicle, so it takes longer to wash as your constantly having to deal with the hose. Instead of 1m 30sec per $1 like everywhere else.. $1 for 1 min..... so cost more... Seems they have done every trick in the book to make it cost more for a substandard facility.

went there last week and the slushy machine was disgusting, it had tissues and also the floor was a slipping hazard too, also went to buy iced coffee and the next day the milk was off, They seem to not check the dates and just leave it there until it will go of the next day.

What useless staff. Asked for choc hazelnut pastry got what's in pic. 20mins it took for them to get 3 things right. Male serving had no clue whatsoever. Not sure when I took a trip to India but I'd like to be on the first plane to Australia please.

Today fuel was advertised $121 and in the petrol bowser was $149 , what a scam, I told them , they said sorry , cant do nothing about , didn’t care , bad luck , Ladt time I ho there , back to Caltex I say . Scammers

They need to fix their automatic wash. It has 4 brushes but only 3 work. No high pressure prewash or undercarriage wash (it says both of those on the menu) and the "ultimate polish" looked like water.

Not the greatest OTR petrol station, but the staff have a good attitude. The subway section gets pretty dirty by the afternoon and isn’t cleaned regularly. Otherwise a decent servo.

A great OTR to stop by in the morning. Coffee is good, staff are friendly and will remember your name. Unfortunately at peaks times they are understaffed so waits can be long.

Terrible service Tonight I always come here but the staff tonight we're extremely rude and not helpful at all , specially the girl at Subway won't be coming here anymore

I come here often, but the staff are very slow and some are rude. There is always a wait because of understaffing. They need more staff on duty at peak times.

C Coffee was disappointing, not OTR C Coffee standard, but OTR are still the best service station for coffees, variety of goods and for been clean.

Excellent bakery range from brumbys also has Subway, plenty of groceries available, both auto and manual carwash bays as well as vaccums. :D

Staff just don't listen what you ask for . I don't know who was having the most trouble me or the other customer , staff are just hopeless

Like most BP's a little on the pricey side for groceries, features diy car wash bays, brumbys bakery, subway and auto car wash.

Fantastic service, the coffee was amazing. Friendly service, definitely will be a repeat customer.
