Booked an appointment at 1. Left at 140 having only had tinting done. No care as to maintaining time. No apology whatsoever. Have been a client for years - always going to Ash who has now left. Will not be returning. Seems like the rebranding has meant they are no longer punctual and the new team has no idea what they are doing. Update: your response strikes me as lacking business ethics. You are suggesting that some customers who booked a specific time (your website requires time slots of 5 minutes to be booked) shouldn’t expect professional or punctual service (we are talking a 40min wait here - not 5 minutes). Perhaps you shouldn’t have such a service on offer if the service offered is so poor - today’s charge was $20 (which I offered to pay twice though I didn’t get threading done) and that price is not too far off threading charges elsewhere by appointment (trainee or otherwise). Please keep your voucher for your customers who have ample time for bad service. I’d recommend avoiding this place - I headed over to ‘Get Threaded’ on George St for a much better experience!

It's not often you come across a true gem in the beauty industry but Milla is just that! I feel so lucky to have found Milla and her team and almost want to keep them a secret but really need to share because they are so good! I've had my brows absolutely transformed by Milla and trust me they need transforming, having suffered some damage due to a stress condition. Milla is so brilliant at what she does and has such an authentic energy and care about her also, which is a very special combination. She trains her team to exacting standards such that one of her girls, Sofia did my wedding makeup!! Now that she has moved to The Strand, it feels even more a special place to be and I'm looking forward to a good excuse when I can book in a blow dry and make session - perhaps for my next interview? I'm also planning on having a makeup lesson as I've got somewhat stale too and I'm sure I can look better than when I do my own makeup. Do yourself a favour and book in to see Milla or one of her team - you'll be pleased you did!

My eyebrows have just gotten the best pampering of their lives at brow and makeup studio and I had to leave a review :) I got my eyebrows shaped and threaded by Sofia today. She guided me through why and how she was going to shape my brows and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. The end result was amazing because of how meticulous Sofia was and how much care she put into her work. I was particularly impressed with how she massaged the area around my eyebrows with tea tree oil after threading them! I’ve never gotten that from a salon before and it felt great after all that hair had been pulled out! The cherry on top was learning that all the products used in the store are vegan and cruelty free! I highly recommend getting your brows done here and I’ll definitely be back again.

Best beauty studio I have been too. I had lash lift 2 months ago and it still looks amazing until now. Had my make up done by Sofia as well and she is just lovely, all the technicians are well trained and they do know their craft. Online booking makes everything easier, thank you girls!

I love how serious and professional the job is done, Sofia took the time to explain how decisions are made, and when I asked she gave me really good recommendations. She is very friendly confident and professional. Ps, the bar is gorgeous ;) Mila thought of eeeeverything!
