It was my maiden visit to this bank branch. I find the security are attentive and polite, cashier at the counter are very well organised. Overall it was a fast and efficient service. A very pleasant environment to experience and to see their friendliness towards the disables.

Very slow. It takes 20 minutes to attend to one person. There is 3 counters with people but only one counter is serving people. Decided to close all account with the bank. Worse bank ever. Staff are so lazy and inefficient. BSN need to improve their service time.

Operation hours may differ and not possible till 3pm ONLY (MCO). Service not slow as CIMB and Maybank. Female staff and Polis Bantuan helpful to the needs. Although, at first from 3 counter available only opened 1 counter causing very long que.

Bank tu lembab sangat Transactions proceed tapi bila nak keluarkan kad ATM ada masalah dia kata. Tunggu, 2 minggu saya tunggu tapi tak settle, dia ada masalah. Saya boleh call TK de org pickup walaupun customer tak ramai.
