I arrived at around 10 pm and was ready for a massage and the sauna after. The masseuse told me that it’s better to have the massage first and enjoy the sauna after. So I had my massage for 45 min and stepped into the sauna. Two minutes later the receptionist came in to tell me they were closing in 15 min! What? It says it’s open till 12. You know what she told me when i questioned her? “We closed at 11 when there were no customers.” What?!! I am not a customer? Even if you were closing early, you could have told me earlier so that I could use the sauna first! She was right there when I was trying to decide whether the massage or the sauna to do first! She just wanted the profits out of the massage since it was only $10 to use the sauna but $65 to have the massage! She literally kicked me out! Such an horrible experience!!!

I was recommended to come get by my misses and I was blown away with the recovery I made. To begin with, I had a arm/bicep issue that blocked me to complete a number of activities. Furthermore, after coming to BYT Beauty and Health, they fixed my issue by using an acupuncture method with needles and cups to ensure my pain would immediately recover. This place is a definite recommendation for yourself, friends or family if you ever experience pain with your body. This place definitely does everything with full professionalism and does the job in a passionate manner.

I booked an appointment for me and my friend for 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm. We arrived at 10:10 pm, she got massage but her massagist told me to wait for a while. I waited for 30 mins and no one tells me how long it would take. I told the front desk staff, he told me that my massagist mistaken the guests. It is interesting because the other massagist knew I was waiting for my massagist but she did not inform me the truth til I figured it out myself. Never come again.

Absolutely an amazing experience. Got the Rosemary Facial Cleansing treatment and the fruit essence moisturizing body care with Penny for a great deal! Can not stress how amazing the service was, Penny is utterly the best therapist you can have. Very humorous and professional with her work. All of the fragrance and the lotion she used are personally designed to suit my taste. Overall it was such a relaxing and calming experience. Penny all the way! very good!

Realy bad seriously, unpleasant experience I came early after making an appointment after that they canceled me really I was very disappointed I didn't make sense they canceled I hope customer service make sure the therapist wants to take the customer or not before the customer arrives it's really a waste of time

The only place I can find in Mississauga..Me and my friend spent a hard time finding this spot as it's located in one of the many corners in Golden Square. But the services were great and you can stay there as longer as you want.
