I specifically called to check if they had the Nuk Nature Sense bottle 150 ml with Temperature Control, to avoid driving 40 min for nothing in case they didn't have it. They told they did have it, however upon arrival to the store.. it was out of stock. So 40 min of my time and petrol totally wasted. Plus the ladies who assisted at the counter showed zero enphathy. Not sure if they're not being paid enough or they just don't care. Really bad customer experience. By the way, their prices are almost the double of any other retail prices for the exact same products.

We had ordered accessories online and paid postage for. And they put the wrong items in. And when we were in the shop, they are still trying to say they gave us the correct one. We ordered the correct and clear items. With twins, it is so hard to arrange a trip to the shop. That’s the reason we ordered online and get it delivered. Their contact me to say sorry. Well as a twins mum. I really don’t have that much time to go the shop get things. That’s why I paid for the postage. Sorry isn’t cutting it.

Big shout out to Kirby who did our Baby Seat installation. Preparing for a newborn can be a very stressful period, making sure everything is right. It's worth to visit for the things like pram, baby cot, car seats as they have many varieties. The store also offer car seat fitting service. Struggling dads who have no idea about car seat installation, can seek help for a little fee.

We purchased a bedside crib and were unable to erect it as a spring clip had retracted into one of the parts. We spoke to Angela at Baby Bunting Macgregor and she was so helpful.
