This is by far the best airport taxi I have ever used in Bangalore . I have been cheated a lot of times by rogue airport taxi drivers in Bangalore so much so that I have ended up paying 2.4K from the airport to Jayanagar. Bajrangi travels promised me a rate of 900 bucks for an AC car. The car was right on time, charged 900 bucks and the AC was on. It was not like the Uber ola guys that charge you 1200 bucks and say govt does not allow them to switch on the AC. These guys have kept the price low and are giving fantastic service. I would urge everyone reading this reviews to support fantastic service providers like Bajarangi tours so that they are able to sustain. Thank you Puneeth Gowda for the fantastic service. I promise you every family member and friend of mine will definitely use your service. Review edit The last 2 times he sent a driver, they were terrible. One guy asked for more money and it was already late in the night so did not have the energy to argue . The second guy asked me how much will I pay him and when I told him the amount that was decided with his boss, he made an ugly face and started driving like a maniac and said he expected more. And then to top it of, yesterday when I had booked his service, the cab did not arrive at all. It was stupid of me to rely on his service and thankfully I got an Uber on time. His excuse was he got confused with the time , I accept that . I called him but he didn’t answer. That could have sorted out the confusion. Anyway, this was a good service when I had started using it but not anymore and I will definitely use Uber over his service. I won’t pay money to people whom don’t turn up or who are grumpy and rash drivers.

Don’t be fooled by the reviews. This taxi service and the driver Ramu (who did not speak or understand English) must be the rudest, most unprofessional and unfriendly taxi service in Bangalore who completely ruined our vacation in Bandipur/Ooty May 18-23. From USA, we specifically had asked for an English speaking driver. The car did not have seatbelts; they had been removed. They charge extra for a/c (like any other taxi service in Bangalore) but the a/c did not work. When going from Coonoor to Mettupalayam, the funny thing the driver said was if he turned on a/c the car won’t pickup. I had to remind him that we were climbing down the hill. The driver did not know important tourist attractions in Coonoor and Kotagiri. He insisted that Sim’s Park is the only tourist attraction there. We made him drive to Dolphin’s nose, Lamb’s rock, and Rangaswamy peak and pillar with our navigation. They charge for 300 km per day which is typical for all taxi services. We drove about 1000 km over six days rental which is much less than 300 km per day. Still the driver will not pick us up where he dropped us off. He made us walk in rain to the place where he parked because he did want to drive extra km to get to us. He would not drive to where we wanted to go because of extra distance. When questioned about their behavior, they threatened with citywide protest by taxi owners. Friends, stay away from these thugs. You deserve better. There are plenty of reputable, pleasant-to- work-with taxi services in Bangalore.

The Cab service is really good. We got cab in just half an hour. I had booked Ola at 7:30 am in the morning. Ola cancelled the cab at the last moment. After hue and cry with Ola, they did not schedule an cab later. Around 4 drivers cancelled after hearing how much money Ola is showing. I googled and called Bajrangi cabs, they told they will arrange it in half an hour and did not discuss much about the cost as well, they had fixed rates per kilometer. Whew, half an hour later almost brand new Sedan, Toyota Etios was standing next to my home. Thank you so much and keep the good services.

I had a worst experience with this can service company. Firstly they asked us to pay 3000 for the cab but later on in the evening when booking got confirmed they asked us that there was a mistake from there executive and we have to pay 4000. We asked them to cancel the booking and give a booking amount refund but they completely denied. Later on when we went on the trip after completion of trip the driver started fighting and asked us to pay more money and even the executive of the company did not help us.

I have used their cab services plenty of times to go to airport and come back. They have best rates and reliable service. I would recommend it to everyone who uses cab services. Just allow them sometime to arrange the cabs. I always inform them before hand and they are able to serve me as per my requirements.

Poor service. Took their mysore package and at the end of the trip they will unnecessarily haggle for more money. Instead of etios they sent swift dzire which was very dirty. Driver also was inexperienced and did not know the routes.

Good and safe driving He managed to reach airport right on time even though there was lot of traffic. Very clear and to the point communication between driver and customer. Clean and hygienic car interiors.
