Extremely pathetic Hospital. Worse than a Govt Hospital. Extremely expensive. Still very casual attitude of Doctors and Paramedics. Several cases of child deaths reported which I came to know when my son is born here. Fresher Doctors and reference appointees have made it one of worst and expensive hospital. No one cares about patient or even kids. Just focus on bills and charges. My kid is born here. Although, I had close reference. And I spent a lot of money too. But their attitude towards patients is so mean and arrogant. I would recommend to get treatment from a Govt hospital instead of visiting this hell. They will suck you and will take your normal patient to death bed. But nobody will care. Avoid this hospital as much as you can. This hospital needs to shut down. When doing a private treatment, we accept a VIP treatment with care, conscience, and empathy. But these looters will treat you same like a Govt hospital officials. So no need to waste money on this or any other such hospital. Try to visit a hospital that is newly formed. They will treat you better because of greed of attracting more clients. Never go to a hospital which is more than 3 years old and has attracted enough patients. These doctors have a psychae that when clientele exceeds a certain limit they treat you like animals. So only go to 2-3 years old hospital with renowned Doctors. Bakhtwar Amin is one of the worst choices I made

Complaint Against Dr. Shabir Ahmad for Misbehavior. He is Assistant professor in bakhtawer amin hospital located in Multan. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your facility involving Dr. Shabir. During my appointment on [11-12-23] at [9:00 Am], I experienced unprofessional behavior from Dr. Shabir, which included shouting and mistreatment. Such conduct is not only distressing for patients but also raises serious questions about the standards of care provided at your esteemed institution. I believe in maintaining a respectful and professional environment within healthcare settings, and the behavior I encountered was not only unexpected but also unacceptable. Pathetic nursing staff, cruel than animals, harsh behaviour towards neonate kids and other children, untrained but working in ICU experimenting treatments and injections on patients I had lost my healthy child just because of their carelessness, high infection rate and unprofessional behaviour of doctors, unhygienic measures even in ICU They pretend to be present on night shifts but sleep in their rooms only or are available on calls till the patient expires in the hands of house officer or untrained nurse. Worst experience. Please care for your loved ones never get trap. Their paeds and gynae department is more than worst, moreover their lab results are fake do not rely on their results

This hospital is to much expansive also they have hidden charges for admission of patients. Never show the charge sheet at the time admission but on discharge they add extea charges. You can see the pictures bellow at time admission they tell us they will charge 35000/day which also include consultancy charges but at discharge time they added extra 27000 consultancy charges of doctor. Even they dont add 64000 of medicine bills in final bill. Look how they loot the people.

Nice trust hospital with all basic facilities and specialities. Huge complex but on the outskirts of the city with limited public transport facilities for the poor people. Good initiative of making a medical college and of inviting specialists from other partd of the country and abroad for medical camps.

Hospital has less staff. Need to improve services. Pharmacy has less staff. If you want to get medicine for emergency purpose. You can't get.... Hospital has Covid suspected and Covid ICU ward with BiPAP and Ventilators. Other than this hospital has good parking system, lawns and plantation

Very Good Private Hospital and all Staff very cooperative. Speech therapy Department very kind for Children and parents. My Daughter use Cochlear implant and take speech therapy classes. Miss Aiman Abbas works very hard and works hard and diligently with her patient.

Today I went to Dr. Saifullah urologist for my checkup in private OPD, I saw rude behavior of doctors like in govt hospitals, I will advise patients don't visit them. No respect for patients, doctors are always gossiping with each other.

This hospital is full of all facilities of diagnosis and treatment. It also has emergency center. The best thing about the hospital is that it provides free to economical treatment for poor people. It is run by trust.

No electricity back up in Hospital. All functions disturbed since morning. Patient private rooms only has AC which are not functioning and no managment seems here. Pathetic environment.
