I had the worst experience with the key I got made here. It bent as I tried to open my door with it and when I called the place they didn't pick up even after 20 something missed calls and messages. I wouldn't have if the situation wasn't desperate I was locked out of my room!!! Unprofessional behaviour.

He was responsive.. He took details over wats app and shared accurate info... Work was not required as we were only able to open the draw... N cancled his appointment.. Still he was very professional and acknowledged.. Service was good... Even though it was just over the call …

I highly recommend Jayadevan. I'm impressed at the methodical approach that he took to solve the problem at hand. A faulty lock system by Dorset was swiftly diagnosed and very adeptly fixed by him. Saved us a lot of trouble with almost no damage to the door or anything else.

Jaydev is very professional in his approach. Without any fuss he opened the lock(whose key I lost) and put a new one. I felt the charges are on little higher side but then I don't have information on what others charge.
