South meals are famous.. Rates are not expensive when compared to nearby hotels considering quality quantity.. Cleanliness is somewhat good.. But it can be further improvised.. Veg Pulav, Poori and Sagu, chapati and curry, roti and curry, curd rice, rice bath, bisibele bath, masala Dosa and savige bath are of very good taste.. Once you visit here.. This BALAJI Hotel is having the history of half century and the presently second generation is running this hotel. We have seen the first Generation owner, Mr.Chettiyar (that’s what we use to call him) was customer friendly and was interacting almost with all customers about the quality of food and asking for suggestions. At that time it was 10 feet width and 20 feet depth outlet. It was very surprising to see a hotel near any railway station serving quality,quantity and healthy food inspite of flouting customers and the same motto of their father is being carried by the second Generation brothers. One brother looking after every preparations in the kitchen and elder one other managements. Nowhere in India you will find such a tasty quality, quantity and clean food in the vicinity of a railway station. Every where it is like “make the hay when the sun shines” attitude. But this is exceptional. We get respect to our money with the best quality and quantity here. I hope even the third generation carries the same ethics of their grandfather and hit century in the food service.

My cousin suggested this place for a light dinner. The place was always crowded and had to wait for some time before getting a table. The have two sections to order one via a machine which accepts order after a upi payment and another you can place a order in the counter where no upi payments will be accepted and only cash payment is allowed. They will serve the food at the table once ready. We had dosas full meals and curd rice. The kesari was tasty and i loved it. I think food will be tasty once shared with others. I like to taste more foods so its better to share and order different foods. They had a pure tamilnadu style taste and the price is also good. They had good amount quantity of food. Best vegetarian tasty cost efficient hotel. Must try.

I went there with Wife and my son. We just landed in BLR City station (KSR) early in the morning. Our hotel check in was at 12 PM () So, we used the railway lounge facility at KSR to get fresh and then we needed breakfast. So, we went to Balaji as it is right at the station. Please be advised that it is a fast food restaurant where floating is high. Don't expect very courteous service. If you have lot of luggage, don't go. If you are planning for a leisurely meal, this is not the place. You better eat fast and go. They are very busy. The food is very nice. We had several items like Idly, Dosa and Poori. All are good and served hot. The place is clean enough. Take your own water or buy a bottle. Price is reasonable. I would definitely go there.again if I go through KSR.

Probably one of the best restaurants to eat proper and healthy food nearby majestic bus or railway station, had rava idly here, it's decent and also price worthy.

I recently visited Balaji Restaurant near the Bangalore City Railway Station. We ordered Dosa and tea. The taste was just okay, not extraordinary, but it was decent. Located very Close (at 3 minutes Walking distance) to Bangalore City Railway Station. Provides Table Service. South Indian Tiffin items and Meals are available. Hotel is maintained neatly. Quality of Food is Good. Prices are very moderate, considering the Location, Service and Quality. Now the Hotel Staff are very Friendly and Courteous. But previously it was not so. There was a Supervisor who was Quarrelsome and haughty. This has resulted in decking patronage thanks to New Hotel next door. Now good sense has dawned and Staff are very Sober overcoming the only complaint against the Hotel.

I visited here for the second time for that Meal which costs ₹80 . This restaurant provides budget friendly dishes and the Meal is just amazing n taste too . I ❤️ the atmosphere of the restaurant. Very clean , expensive vibes but not expensive ... Overall a very very good , better and best veg restaurant near KSR Bengaluru,,,,, completely satisfied ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very bad experience. Had meals. Thought would have food since there was only an hour left for our connection train. The train journey after having food was miserable. My wife had bouts of vomiting from the train itself and we were confused whether we could continue the journey or to step out .Even I had upset stomach and our 2 days were spoilt. Should try and give hygienic food .lots of passengers depend on hotels near railway station due to lack of time and all.dont take it for granted to provide them with unhygienic cheap quality food

Owner Behaviour very very very worst bilkul ghatiya Itna bhi manners nahi ki parcel carry bag me dena jabki coustomer khud mang raha he ki i can't carry in only paper packet. I took parcel money for two foods seperately and still he is not giving the carry bag even he has. And talking like dog. And asking me where are you from, u can not be from banglore. He don't know he is making down the reputation of his place and shop. Really very bad behaviour.... Need to improve in behaviour please...

Best & fastest restaurant with a clean table. Food I suggest is dose items & roti curry if your travelling at night. The most shocking device I saw for the first time in a restaurant was the self-service device kept near the cashier's table which is used for online payment. I loved that device because I am a cashless person & don't like to travel with cash in my pocket.

The food of this restuarant is good. You can go for this. But the real beauty of this hotel is they really know the meaning of good service. It is written as self service but they give u a table service. Also they come near u asking if u want extra chatni or sambar and will also provide u for which they dont charge.This was my experience of visiting to this hotel.

Stupid service don't have manners. Taking parcel money and giving food in paper in hand. Thinking what we can do bcz we have train Really bed experience. Worst person ever seen.

Taste and quality are good. Service is also nice. Try it if you want to eat South Indian food( mainly tiffin) with reasonable price that to very nearer to railway junction.

Pretty good restaurant near the Majestic railway station. Quick service. The place is usually crowdy and hence recommended for something quickies.

After having a horrible experience at the nearby hare krishna, this hotel was such a welcome relief. The dosas and idlis are just perfect.

Cheater in food parcel I have ordered roti curry 70rs.after opening the food it's only half roti
