How unprofessional! Devastating! When you drop off dry cleaning before Xmas and the owner say see you on Weds - it is a shock to arrive on Weds to see they are closed for 3 weeks. A line of very annoyed customers are at your shop door Sir. Common courtesy and professionalism would suggest - when you take people’s possessions you need to tell them you do not plan to return them until the holidays are over!!!! Completely furious. No telephone number. No care. No responsibility !!!! We need these items today as agreed. This is completely misleading!! Fuming. How do we contact you?

Excellent honest service. They cleaned the white sofa cover to our large five seat sofa that had had too many dirty kids jumping on it. The cover came back much better than expected and on time. The owner notified us about some minor marks he couldn’t get off. It was much better than I could have guessed was possible. I’ll certainly come back.

Contacted me to remind me that I had forgotten to collect my suits and kept the store open so I could collect as I had an important business trip the next day. Above and beyond, thank you!

The advertised prices on the windows are from 15 years ago and they don’t honour the price, but keep them up there for customers to see. Very expensive otherwise.
