"Very disappointed"
"I would like to say a massive thank you to Kim ( badge number H61) and Derek of Ballymun Garda station for their over and above public service work"
"It's just a box ticking exercise for them, so that when inspections by their bosses happen, they have everything on paper for their bosses to look at"
"I live in Gateway Student Village and have to say that the members based at Ballymun are some of the most welcoming and helpful I have met"
"thé took my phone and never bring it back to me and I did nothing wrong in my phone I had my 25€ in it and my bank card"
Very disappointed. I went to their office with my son who is 10 years old to get his passport documents signed. The Garda lady was very rude and unpleasant towards me. I did had all my document, my sons passport but I did not know that when you renewing your child passport for the 3rd time now you need to bring your child birth certificate again! She refused sign my sons application. When I asked why she said she is not satisfied!! What is this! What kind of explanation is this.It is not like its my sons first passport. My main point is how rude was she in front my son. Instead of kindly explain what is the reason for it she was very arrogant and unpleasant. Great example for my 10 years old son. Thanks Garda Ballymun.
I would like to say a massive thank you to Kim ( badge number H61) and Derek of Ballymun Garda station for their over and above public service work. We returned today 30th August from a 10 days of exhaustive emails phone calls to spend another 6 hours in seach of 2 sporting tubes containing all our fishing rods. That never arrived in Sweden.Along came Saint Anthony in the guise of Garda Kim who when approached by myvpartner took it on to go in search of our baggage. 30 mins later Garda Kim and Garda Derek appeared from the crowd carrying our 2 rod holder's A massive shout out to our Garda Siochana from five overjoyed anglers. It's just a box ticking exercise for them, so that when inspections by their bosses happen, they have everything on paper for their bosses to look at. They don't believe anything will come of a citizen reporting crime. No real interest in community matters and getting justice. Detectives don't bother replying to serious emails. It's no wonder the country is in the state that it's in. Family and friends of the force still think their sun shines bright though. Nice for them. The rest of us citizens can just rot.
I live in Gateway Student Village and have to say that the members based at Ballymun are some of the most welcoming and helpful I have met. They always wave to acknowledge you if they see you coming or going from Gateway. It makes living at Gateway really secure. #Respect
