I am highly disappointed with the lack of appointment/time respect paired with lack of communication, my daughter sat at the salon for more than an hour with no one attending to her while the appointment was booked.

My daughter is always happy, friendly and patient staff. Just a few improvements could amplify the experience but that's more a management issue than the actual work. ie, bathroom, generator but all in all I'm happy

My daughters love having their hair done her. Friendly and professional staff that produce great work however the management side of the salon needs a lot of work.
